My goal is to show that being a "maker" nerd is cool. I may not know it all (I promise you I don't!), but you can follow along my journey and we can figure it out together. You'll see furniture, art, boxes, superheroes, etc. Lets geek out over stuff that we can build! If you want to see some cool projects and have fun with me along the way then please subscribe!

Класс, ты так всё просто и подробно объясняешь и без всякого пафоса. Удачи тебе!
I’m almost 76, I never knew anyone when I was growing up that had peanut allergies! That was almost a given if you ate the school lunch you were going to get some peanut butter, what’s up with that, also gluten allergies! What do you do about knots bleeding through?
Spruce, pine, fir, how do you know which it is? If I could choose, I would rather have fir!
Thanks, now I know how to better select my wood for the proper use!
great video…!
Fantastic project ! The beauty lay in the method of transitioning a complex pattern to realitive practicality, with minimal effort. My, my your thought process was impressive. I'm going to try to accomplish this project as my center table.
I really enjoyed this video. It gave me a lot of information that I feel will help me a lot in the future. Thanks!

Thank you so much for posting this video my man. I just finished tape and floating my garage and I was left with some compound. Now I know what I can do with it. Thanks :)
I hate speakers. Just show me your hands working!
You are just a TV star Good bye
locking mitres! aesthetics and strength. fab tip. thank you. 😎👍
Great video. Haven’t got my machine yet but this is going to be helpful to me.
Great video Billy! I knew a lot of this information already, but it’s always good to have those refreshers. I’m doing a project now that I have Canadian fir that was KD-HT, #2, 2x12x12 and it’s good wood! 😂
thank you very much , I learned ❤
Nice
could you please post the template for the devils knot i really need it for extra credit at school
Yes, I too randomly make sound effects in the shop. It gets a bit unsettling for fellow commuters though when I do it on the bus. Fantastic box btw.
👍👍👍
Amazing. I love that your sled can do straight and 45 cuts. Do you have a video of the sled build by chance?
I ❤ box
This is the video I didn't know I needed! Always wondered what the meaning of those stamps meant but didn't know where to even start looking it up
Very cool Newt! Solid info, thanks 👍🏼🤙🏼
Love the box! Very interesting design and fairly straight forward to make if you have the right tools. I ended up making one to go with the necklace I got for my partner as a gift and got a lot of compliments.
How do you remove the stamps prior to staining?
Sanding… A LOT of sanding… 😂
Yup, lots of elbow grease!
Well..........there..............I learned something. Thanks. Now I'll be looking. JimE
Great video. 🎉
Thanks for the shout out. You have a great channel here. - Inkscape developer
Great video Billy never knew this so it will be very helpful from here on out. Thanks for sharing
So can you. One up with designs for 3x5 tabbed index cards? Something elegant but simple that I can make a few dozen?
I'll have to have a look at the stamps in the UK.
Very educational!
You brought back memories about raking pine straw as a kid. I grew up in Mobile, AL. Live in DFW now.
I was not able to watch this, too many ads.
I had no ads, could it be a geographic thing?
Hello neighbor
Thank you for the great info. I saved this video! ❤
I had
Pretty interesting indeed! Thanks, Billy! 😊 Stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
Really good to know! I'm considering SYP for my Roubo top. This will help me a lot for selecting wood.
Super informative! Thanks!
Great info. Never knew this. Thank you.
Excellent build! Can you share some dimensions on the chisel rack? What's the space between the chisels, center to center? Thanks!
Wow amazing It wouldnt matter walnut or maple i would have made one of each and displayed them together
Could you please make a similar box that’s an urn, for ashes ! Apparently, the bottom needs to be removable to put the ashes in. Thanks !
Please. You don't turn your saw off every time you flip a board after a cut.. no one does
Lately I've been doing by hand
Great vid - thanks.
Just rewatched this video and was interested in your finish with poly and tung oil. I have used both but not together

This project reminded me of Woody Hyezmar's Bible somehow…, although you can currently get it at no cost, the projects are worth a good look. Maybe try go’ogling his latest.
