Thank you so much dear technician, Question little bit different from what you do, Tell me, Are there any differences between connecting switches using straight through and crossover method? During the rain, The cable (Ethernet cable cat6) gets a high voltage and sometimes switches get damaged! WHY, Maybe there is a short circuit OR what! Our access points use only 4 pins, can I use the other inactive pins as a earthing system / grounding in order to prevent the devices from lightening strikes/ short circuit during the rain. Sounds like you need an electrician to have a look. It sounds like something is too close to 120v... that is not good and might start an electric fire 🔥....

Wow man that’s crazy. What they have you doing with the fiber optics they should just go back to the old-school coax cable instead of trying to do this new fiber optic stuff to save the company money, but make the technicians do more work doesn’t make sense they’re going to have shortage of technicians just crazy stay safe up there bro keep the good videos coming 👍
