As promised a longer video with a few more details. Note this was several months ago and I forgot to upload it. I Didn't video the install but overall it wasn't to difficult. I recommend a good lube on the seal so you don't rip it when you pull the cord out.

Thank you. Unfortunately and fortunately the bus hasn't needed any work. Other than a stripped out cylinder head temperature sensor that falls out.
