thanks it works. if did not work for youafter following this step, then click the local disk you want to take control. then change the permission, in your case , the "administrator" change the permission then "edit" check the full control then press OK then you're good to go.

Okay - so forget my last comment about the "deeplook" folder - it's your own personal one, I understand now. However, when I do into the auditing tab this is what it says: "To continue, you must be an administrative user with privileges to view this object's auditing properties. Do you want to continue?" (cont. in next comment box)

i had the same problem, neither i could change the permissions of the file to erase and i just found that q-dir (using the 32bit on win7 64bit) can erase it without complaining about permissions.
