    Nicely explained videos. Sir, I'm working in Wind Industry in O&M department. I like to shift my career to wind turbine design. Can you suggest me a right career path to the become a design engineer. As you have also shifted many domains in wind industry and I feel you are the right person to take advice from.

    Thanks shreejit, nice to hear from you, in my perspective all areas of wind energy are fascinating, that way O&M too has many interesting and technical stuff to work on, especially with the power curve performance, yaw efficiency corrections, digital asset management platforms, SCADA, CMS technology, turbine controls and so on. Switching to designing is also something you could inspire. I can guide you more if I know about, how many years of O&M experience you have and where you currently work and so on.
