I thought there was a physical key backup in case the keypad quits working? If there isn’t that’s pretty lame.

You do realize NO UL rated safe that uses an electronic lock has a key backup. If it did it would never get a UL burglary rating.

What. A. Pain. They definitely need to support their poor product.

Sucks to hear about such terrible service. It's all about just taking your hard earned money. Not that it's any consolation now, but I have never liked digital devices of any kind. My safes have the mechanical dials. A lot less likely to fail.

I'm in the market for a safe. I will go with manual lock. After hearing about your issue, I guess I will skip this company.

Buy an American Security safe.

Great info they have a Father's Day sale on the safes.. I'm going to shoot my shot.
