Been looking forward to this all week. Who would've thought - Chessbrah is the most entertaining and educational chess channel on KZread. Keep it up.

@@DragonBank Nah, it is kind of new. Chessbrah used to be more about entertainment - but over the past couple of years, Aman has become one of the best teachers on KZread. The reinforcement style learning in this series, Building Habits, the King's Indian series, etc is WAY more educational than a lot of chess channels on KZread. I love how he avoids playing the best moves sometimes in order to focus hammering home the thematic moves. There are still some occasional duds - the London series was kind of a disappointment because it got waylaid by Twitch subs giving him challenges. But overall, chessbrah has become elite, S-tier chess education content. Even better than Naroditsky (who is also fantastic), IMO.

hey can you explain the bug part i don’t get the joke
39:01 may be the funniest Aman moment I’ve ever seen. Comedic genius!😂

Can you explain why? He never explains why he can't move there
@sammywohl5194

@@MrFitt13 he was making a joke! He could’ve moved there but it wouldn’t have lead to mate unless his opponent’s rook was on e8. That’s why he said it worked the next move.

@@sammywohl5194 These jokes are getting awfully confusing as that sure was a damn good acting job releasing the mouse eight times while his clock was running. But i see your point. That move would not have worked at all unless his intention was simply to open up the e-file. :)
My fav speedrun of all so far. Can't wait to see how it'll hold its ground against higher rated people. Thx Aman for the videos !
the speech at 14:25 had me in tears. once again super educational chess content with the funniest lines along the way. Thanks Aman!
14:09 that Bd6 move was brutal! 😂

Agreed. I didn’t even see it immediately after he played it. Looks like I know my elo haha
Absolutely loving this new series with the stonewall. Keep up the great stuff Aman, I have learned so much from all your educational speed runs, and always get some good laughs along the way.
Been watching y’all for a while and I love these “speedrun” series. Really helps me find good openings. Been trying this and the ‘hippo’ and it’s fun
I’ve been checking for this video every day this week
My absolute favorite series is the Kings Indian, but this one definitely has potential to be a good one too! Generally loving these series you're both putting out 😊
Glad this is an hour. I’ve been waiting what seems like forever for this next video
The recap after the match is super helpful, glad you are moving slowly through the ranks to spend more time on this. Funny story… everyone at my chess club plays these systems its not too crazy to shut it down but it can go so wrong if they play lazy against the stonewall
Love this opening. You explain very good and at the same time its fun. Dont stop!
I love the way you're doing the pawn mate at the end, it's like you use the queen as a hook and reel the king in until he hits your pawns. At last chess has a fishing minigame
Gracias, artistaaaa, sigo la serie de stonewall, me encanta , disfruto y aprendo. You are the best for me
Love these speedrun content keep making em 🥺🙏
Ok I have saved this video. This is fantastic. I have learned more from this channel than any other.
You helped me go from 590 to 900 elo in 5min games. Thank you and please keep it up
Lots of games with black go into the French. When is Aman tackling the French defense?
Great content gonna start playing this
I subscribed to Hikaru to learn about sportsmanship and respect towards my opponents. Now I subscribe to the chessbrah to learn chess.

Stonewall is a good opening to use, especially at the lower to advanced levels -- because it's usually quite solid! Can't attack if you're own defenses are weak. At the highest levels they know how to exploit any weaknesses that structure causes, and if not implemented just right too! Great lessons!
Thanks Aman, Excellent Content.
Thanks for uploading
The f3/f6 move explanation is helpful. I got hit with that in one of my games early and didn't quite know how to handle it. Answer:"...and the final thing we have to do is move the knight out of the way plain and simple". That MilesPepper game was very instructive. It's all coming together though, just have to figure out that advanced French defense as I have seen a lot of those games as black since most play e4 as white.
Watching these reminds me of Stonewall Pawnson. I just checked his account, and he hasn't played a game since Jan 2019. Hope the guy is alright, he's a true legend of the game.
Dunk on his motherf*kn head killed me 😂😂😂
Why for some reason is this my favorite playthrough series so far. Maybe it's just the thumbnail
Wonestall taking names 😤
Stonewall is a great opening for all levels of play. Especially if you love playing semi slave/triangle
Is this a gimmick opening? No disrepect, but it works so well that opponents below 1000 can't handle it. Everyone who is doing this is finding amazing success. Great props, Aman. I've graduated from Habits to the Stonewall and killing it. Thanks, eh?
Miles pepper played extremely well for a 650. had to a nerf or never played blitz before
I love playing this
00:15 black 08:03 white 15:58 25:33 35:30 41:52
great content :D
9:15 Why no coordinates on the board? Something to do with better learning or something?
That last player (milespepper) was clearly using an engine.
First an engineer/comedian. Now you.
The thumbnail of this is so gosh darn cute 😻

I got destroyed by bot 1500 😭...even I started to learn this opening still loses to this bot 1500-1800, they started aggressive against this opening
From 45:56 through several moves the Knight sac on g6 with check to open up the h-file looked really scary. I guess you would have not taken it and just hide the king on g7?
I watched one stonewall video now I’m 2800. Thanks Aman
Keep playing it and climb the ladder please..its the best opening yet
I’m clearly screwing my moves/move orders up. Swear to god my opponent never takes my knight and I’m a 700
STONEWALL.....iy\t's a solid opening. Very principled but i need to see it played against the giants and titans like Eric / Gotham chess / Hikaru / Magnus / others. I am making it my theme so much so I have made a sigil of it to give me strength and protection so thank u Aman for going beyond chess and giving the likes of me,hope. STONEWALL FOR EVER.
39:00, i can't 😂
Someone HELP! What is the song playing around the 10:00 mark??
finally my elo! I wonder if the boys gave aman any problems😏
But we ARE - in fact - up to something.
What's the song at 19:00??
Background music name please?
Since this is an authorized speed run do you have access to some of the backend statistics? Wonder how many of these guys report you for cheating, especially for dunking on the 643 lol
I did it, I made it to the end of another stone wall episode.
YESSSS😎
39:00 hahahahaha
Seems to be illegal 😂
Is he smurfing? Why is he playing as a 600?
NEXT SPEEDRUN SHOULD BE THE COLLE SYSTEM truly getting all D4 Systems DONE !!! Edit: i do support these guys
Aman, you sir, are pure class. Wish Eric would learn a thing or 2 about you. I been watching his hippo speed runs (which dropped my ratings by trying it out) and its a good opening but he has dancing gay boys in the background.....too much drinking energy drinks n screwing up the openings...swearing.....it doesnt make for good content and in the spirit of this game. He is not bothered about the chess brah name or reputation. Kindly play the hippo ratings climb please in your style.
