@@paulmounsey8076A tricky line… that can be refuted, dude. This doesn’t only not win in 4 moves, it doesn’t win. In fact, this “tricky line” is one of Black’s top engine lines against the Jobava London.

Basically after White's Knight move, King's pawn to e5 will block off the path of the black bishop.

Then you take it with the bishop. After they recapture with knight, take with the pawn. After they move the knight, sac the queen to take pawn on d5. after queen takes queen you fork the king and queen winning it back with interest. I thought he would have went over that line.

@@jemi3289 I play the Jobava London frequently, there are a few moves for this, after e5, Bxe5 Nxe5 dxe5, knight on f6 can go anywhere and you take the pawn on d5 knowing you have Nxc7+ winning back your queen. Do take note if they go Nd7 and you take they could try a tricky move c6 forking the queen and the knight but just Nd6+ is fine, Bishop needs to take the knight or else Qxf7 will be mate after Ke7 so just trade take with the queen and you would be in a good position. Or you could try this move dxe5 a far more forcing line but more tactical instead of positional, best move is Nh5 and you go e3 Nxf4 exf4 and you would have still an ok position but I do not like it as much. Hope that answers that question.

If you want a trick if black plays e5 to stop the fork, it won't always work but often you can play dxe5 hitting the knight, Nh5 hitting the bishop, e3 defending, and basically any move besides a6 hitting the knight allows Qxd5! Sacrificing the queen! But you get it back via Nxc7! A fork! And now you're up 3 pawns and you've wrecked Black's queenside and castling
