Wim Hof’s Most Explosive Podcast Ever! - WAK CHAT. EP7

Ойын-сауық

Wim Hof became known as ‘The Iceman’ by showing the world his scientific breakthroughs related to cold exposure. He climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in shorts, ran a half marathon above the Arctic Circle barefoot, and stood in a container while covered with ice cubes for more than 112 minutes.
Using 'cold, hard nature' as his teacher, his extensive training has enabled him to learn to control his breathing, heart-rate, and blood circulation to withstand extreme temperatures.
Wim has made it his mission to share what he’s learned with the rest of the world.

For years we have been huge fans of the pioneering work ‘The ice man’ Wim Hof has been doing and we were given the opportunity to go to Wim’s house for the day to experience his methods with the man himself. At the end of the day we sat down with Wim and discussed his methods, how they came about and why he is so passionate about spreading them! The only way to describe the experience and Wim is breathtaking!
Enjoy!
A huge thanks to everyone involved in this project and a special thanks to Wim and his team.

Im a Wim Hof fan! He is authentically himself, doesn't hold back! His love of life is inspiring, and by the way, his methods really work! Simple and free! I've been doing cold showers and breathing every day, and I feel so much more present, simple, and light!

What will help you even more is Dr. Stasha Gominak. Look her up...listen to as many of her interviews as possible and you'll begin to understand the root cause of your depression and how to eliminate it.

I love it! Is it normal to get so relaxed after 20 minutes of the wim breathing techniques to actually take a little nap? I do meditating after sometimes and pass out haha😂

Тhanks to the authors. Guys this is very rewarding. I myself have been using the 2 Month Method and it works. Not fast - the main thing is not to rush and everything will work out. I now know.

I think there’s a very interesting and amazing core to Wims message/technique, but I think he should try to be more informative and focused instead of being a clown. You know what I mean. But hey, thanks!
