If DWTS was Wirldwide contest, William would won. That's why Williams videos on yourube watched more than videos of other contestants. But people, who watch DWTS in USA and who can vote, are much different from worldwide watchers. They have their priorities and popular football player always would be winner over the unknown latin actor, even as hot as William was. It always was and will be a popularity contest.

Donald's graceful, spry, delightful Quickstep in just the 2nd show of the season proved he was always the man to beat. Donald's mesmerizing 4th Week Paso, his thrilling 5th Week (and final Week) Argentine Tango, his astounding 3-person Jive, his magnificent 7th Week Viennese Waltz, and his sensational, sensual final Cha cha all prove that Donald Driver is the Deserving Winner of DWTS!

I agree with you. William's Argentin Tango was unforgetable. And this tango remind me the Argentin Tango from movie True Lies with Arnold Schwarzenegger. It was my favorite monment in the movie. And William danced it with the same geace and agression. It was amazing. I can tell this season of DWTS was a best season ever.

Donald Driver is such a wonderful gentleman. And Peta was kind enough to appear at his charity event! Goooo, Donald! The true CHAMPION of Season 14! And with that swoon-worthy, masculine cleft chin, gorgeous physique, brilliant smile, and good humor, Donald should get cast in movies pronto!

Gilles was great in that tango. His dance with Cheryl has so far been recognized as the second most popular dance in DWTS history. But once again what he and William did has been done over and over again on the show. What Donald did in Week 5 was unique-- something no other celebrity contestant has done. Donald may well be the only celebrity contestant who could have done it -- so magnificently, anyway.

William WAS flat-footed.He got 10's because women hollered when he wiggled.Even Len finally got tired of it.William did work hard and he turned in some very entertaining performances, but he didn't quite measure up to the magnificent Donald Driver! Did you see Donald's Viennese Waltz during Classical Week?Or his 5th week Tango?Or his jive with Peta and Karina? Jaw-dropping! And Donald even helped choreograph much of his Country-Western freestyle stunner! Donald was consistently great all season!

If DWTS were a "Worldwide" contest, and FAIR, knowledgeable people were judging it, Donald and Katherine would have still been the final two standing.Katherine might have won, but then she's clearly had years of formal dance training.Donald became a great dancer without that.Go back and watch Donald early in the season in his delightful, graceful, spry Quickstep.Donald was always the man to beat and no one did. Week 5 Tango. Week 7 Viennese Waltz. Week 4 Paso, Jive with 2 partners, etc. Amazing!

Donald Driver danced magnificently all season long. His delightful Quickstep, mesmerizing Paso, thrilling Viennese Tangos, astounding Jive in trio, etc, etc. all prove Donald deserved to win!

All 3 couples worked hard, but Donald deserved the Championship trophy!

Rina5054, many football players on Dancing With the Stars have NOT won! Donald Driver won because he is hardworking, good-humored, magnificent DANCER. Donald even helped choreograph his wildly popular freestyle dance! Go back and look at Donald's graceful, spry, delightful Quickstep early in the season. Look at his thrilling Week 5 Tango, his fantastic Week 7 Viennese Waltz, his jaw-dropping jive with both Peta and Karina, his mesmerizing Paso Doble, and his last Cha-Cha. Donald deserved this!

Lyn,How shallow of ya.The Disco Ball Trophy is just a symbol.The images of the skill, hard work,tenacity,good humor,focus,and personality it took to WIN it in this most competitive season will NOT fade away.Donald Driver is the deserving winner,and if the Mirror Ball Trophy went up in flames tomorrow, millions of people would still know he is the deserving CHAMPION! Did you watch?Donald usually out-danced William from beginning to end.Did you see Donald's Viennese Waltz during Classical week when Vittorio sang?Did you see Donald's jaw-dropping jive with both Peta and Karina?Did you see his thrilling finals Cha Cha?The Country-Western freestyle wonder that Donald helped choreograph himself? Professional ballroom dancers watched this season & couldn't understand William's 10's when he was so flat-footed.They thought Donald should have gotten more 10's!

william levy is such a body that dances soooo! gracefullly..what a telent!!!

Lyn, many people who had only been William fans became Donald fans too, right AFTER his memorable Tango. Many people had done what William did in his Tango on the show before. NO ONE had EVER done what Donald did with that Tango ( he and Peta danced it in Week 5). It was entirely memorable. As was Donald's brilliant, graceful, and spry Quickstep even earlier in the season! Btw, there is even video of Donald doing a quick wiggle dance on the football field. He was a graceful dancer even then!

Lyn, you're right about that. Katherine and William have gained fans. I was impressed with the hard work that they both put in. And I was also impressed with Donald's hard work and remarkable mental tenacity to continue to strive and produce brilliant, exciting dances even when he was being unfairly scored. I'm glad Len was man enough to apologize for that.

Everybody, don't listen to Rina! She apparently didn't even watch the show.She kept calling judge LEN, judge "LANCE" instead!!! ?She apparently doesn't realize that MILLIONS of people watched the PROOF of Donald's NATURAL skills and gracefulness even at the beginning of the season--particularly in Week 2 when he danced a brilliantly graceful, spry Quickstep.For a thoroughly enjoyable moment,go back and watch it! I've watched the show for 14 seasons and Donald definitely deserved to win THIS one!
