Once a year I recieve a fresh bottle of olive oil from south Italy via an friend. The taste is unbelieveble good and nothing you can compair with the olive oil from the supermarket. Debora was wrong, the guy was right. Investing in a guy like this traveling the world and doing his own thing is not easy. I kinda understand the dragons didnt invest. Peter was the most accurate on his reaction. Still, great business!
Debra is actually completely wrong. What you get at the grocery stores isn’t this.

Deborah is absolutely WRONG. The stuff from the supermarket is hot garbage at best. We have an olive farm in Greece and the stuff we get from there isn't anywhere close to the supermarket junk. The flavors are much more complex rather than the one-note, bland version most people commonly buy. Glad someone put her in her place.

To be honest, I was amazed by the taste, variety, and quality of olives in Greece.
I love a good Olive Oil and buy the olive oil he's showing. Deborah buys expensive olive oil from a store, like the rest of us Olive Oil lovers, but that doesn't make her an expert to know the difference between "Pure Olive Oil made fresh in Italy or even a counterfeit oil made with Soybeans." Unless she traveled the world tasting the best quality Olive Oils, she shouldn't knock down someone who does it for a living. I like Deborah, but her argument with him had no merit.
Ironically he looks like the guy that would be passionate about olive oil
Good he put Deborah in her place.

Funny how the casting gave them all such fixed roles. Want someone to break down the figures? That’s James job. Want someone to stress test the product - Theo. I like it that over the years they’ve changed this to fit in with what the dragons actually do and what they invest in

How fabulous to get a lesson in tasting olive oil. And that it so obviously works.
You said almost exactly what I thought you would Peter. I can see you could turn this into a business.
Italy has over 64 million tourish per year. He should of pitched around that. Giving the number of them who bring back oil would be a Hugh difference. Cause that number would tell you whom the customers are. And also having those oils sold at air port could be hugh

The way these jerks behave is tiring to watch.
The fact Theo said Michael was the “easiest person to fool” is quite ironic considering what Michael said to Deborah “because you don’t know it yet” same goes for all of the other dragons, they assume just because they’re paying more for something at the supermarket it must be better… I’m glad Michael shut them all up with a taste test and comparison of a higher end product off the shelf. Good on him.
Amazing product best ever had 😊😊😊
This olive oil guy would make a very good sports commentator.
If only there was a product that could store multiple cases of olives in some sort of tower shape. That would really save on freshness. Shame no one's ever pitched that......

Maybe hire a proofreader?
I only tasted a good olive oil once (nothing to the level of the ones this guy presented) and it tastes NOTHING like what we consider olive oil tastes like. It's not like a chocolate, where a good one tastes better than an cheap one. It justs tastes like something else entirely.
Pitch would have stood more chance if Popeye ran it...
I genuinely will never understand why people get their numbers wrong. Literally, just write them down if you can’t be bothered memorising them. I think the dragons would appreciate that.
