I think if it’s built the same thing could happen to OKC that happened to Dubai. Dubai had a population of just over 1 million in 2005, and now after the Berj khalifa was built it’s population is 3million. Places like Las Vegas, and Orlando became as big as they are because they are big tourist attractions. And I think legends tower will massively make OKC a tourist attraction and bring in tons of residents. I think OKC could even get a population of 1million by 2035-40 if they actually build this. You also have the American heart land which will benefit vinita, and Tulsa, more than OKC but it will definitely bring more people to live in Oklahoma. And OKC is definitely the place people go to when living in Oklahoma.

This is so true. I was in Dubai about a year ago and it was incredible to see the growth over a short period of time. Would love to see that for Oklahoma! So much opportunity!
