Yess that's all quite high 😳 no wonder I hear from so many Californians who feel it's no longer affordable! Sounds like Vegas has gotten much more expensive the last few years as well.

Cheyenne Wyoming here. Its gotten ridiculous expensive here. 1 bedrooms start at a little over 1200, 2 bed 1500 to 1800. Average small house is 405k, gas is 3.35 and there's nothing here. Job market is low unless you're in oil. I'm in Healthcare and considering moving to OKC before the end of the year.

I live in the nation's capital, planning on moving to Oklahoma next year. One bedroom apartment in the hood. It's about $1200 they go up to 1800, and u still pay Utilities. Due to the crime suddonly, 3 companies that will ensure you're vehicle and you're spending an average of a 100 and 40 dollars for insurance..

All my utility bills combined are about 80-100 bucks cheaper than my one electric bill in California. My car tags for both vehicles were going to be 1500 for one year and here I paid 400 total for both cars for two years.

Oh wow, that's expensive but I would have guessed higher. Is that where you currently live? You're from Oklahoma originally aren't you?

In calif gas $5.45 gallon. One bedroom is $2,000 and two bedroom up higher. Going out dinner higher.

hey! tell me about international student life in oklahoma city is it worthable?

Where is the safest, affordable apartment/condo near base? I am a single mom and safest is ofcourse the most priority next to affordable. And i work on base so I'm looking to about 20-30 mins commute if not closer
