Putting in for a job that's in Lubbock and OKC. I'd prefer OKC due to NBA, minor MLB, two Barnes and Noble, bigger, low cost of living and the toll roads. JK, the toll roads might as well be considered highway robbery. I drove though OK from NM to MO and felt kidnapped without the toll roads accepting credit. I had to stop, enter some small town, use a debit card for cash back and then pay the ransom. Word is OK doesn't need to keep the toll roads open anymore as they've already been paid for in full.

Yeah the toll roads, like many states, are initially planned to be "paid for" by the tolls by a certain time... yet 20+ years later they still collect on them. I have found they're much less expensive than most states I've traveled, but that doesn't really make the point any better haha.

I'm a single mom in Healthcare that's in Wyoming. It's gotten so expensive here with rent, and cost of living, that I'm seriously considering moving to OKC by the end of the year. We have 1 hospital in the area I'm in, where as OKC has tons. I've been out there a couple times and really like it. I'm used to extreme weather. We have horrific snow storms, -25 degree weather in the winter and wind 24/7 365.
