What are some of the companies out there that hire out of state folks? My husband has worked for CA state department for 6yrs, he has government experience and we’re looking to move and buy a house out there before the school year starts for my soon to be 1st grader. Any suggestions? Indeed feels overwhelming so far, when it comes to applying for jobs for him 😣

Hi thanks for watching! I would say in general, most companies hire folks relocating from out of state. It will just vary depending on what your husband's skills and experience is in. Oklahoma state government is certainly one of the largest employers here, which OKC is the capital of course - so I'm sure plenty of jobs there. I would start exploring companies that have job opportunities in areas that he has past job history in, and just start applying. I know it's overwhelming, but that's really the best place to start. From there once you have that starting to shape up, I'd be happy to connect you with a local lender and start putting together a plan for your move and home purchase.
