i agree mind over matter i make simple little adjustments to my daily life. I adjust my portion sizes and rarely go over. I work out 6 days a week and i rarely give in im human but working to improve myself. I feel my body about to quit and i push harder. Show me what you got when you got nothin left!

I don't need the catolgue dream and i don't need my neighbours who choose to judge me by my possessions . Live for the freedom of expression and using your hands and mind to build true character .

Motivation is, for me, is directly related to what I thoughts I'm thinking in the moment. If I feel unmotivated, I check to see if my body is really tired and stressed, or if I'm thinking unmotivated thoughts.

100% agree. I would add that the first application of self discipline should be the acquisition of the wisdom it takes to achieve your goal. It's so much easier to cut the tree down with a sharp axe.
