Finding Purpose After Sadhanapada: A Journey of Conscious Living.
Riya and myself who, despite facing struggles and the option to stay in Sadhguru's ashram for a tranquil life, decided to engage with the world in a meaningful way. We believe in taking Sadhguru's vision beyond the ashram, applying conscious living principles to our fields of social media, psychology, mental health, and therapy, integrating these with yoga. Riya aims to bring this integrated approach to schools and larger communities. I also acknowledge the role of struggles in addressing spiritual ego and personal limitations. Our conversation also touches on the significance of the Bond of Grace Yantra (Ishanga 7%) as a connector to the ashram's energy, suggesting that being in the world offers unique freedoms and opportunities to follow one's intuition and make an impact.
