    Thank you for making these videos! Do the numbers include new construction homes? If not, how much premium new construction homes usually are priced over existing homes in similar areas?

    New construction is separate. Their pricing really depends on the builder and the individual community. The thing with new builds is that the base price is typically very different than the finished price. Add ons and upgrades are quite costly, and add up very quickly. A base model home is going to have builder-grade finishes. (It will look nothing like the model home they sold you on.) Happy to give you more info on new construction and the process.
