You're right to avoid the CE Shop. That's the one I used. I had to pay for practice tests elsewhere outside the course and it still took me 5 attempts before I passed the Washington State portion of the exam.

I'm an agent in Sarasota, FL. It's a tough market right now. Personally, think now is the worst time to become an agent unless you have another job to supplement income.

Just became an agent a month ago and haven't sold anything yet and I'm getting anxious day by day feeling like a headless chicken. I have listings but I have no idea where to find buyers, not even an appointment for showings at all😢

I saw your first video long ago and had always wanted to be a Real Estate Agent. I did real estate express but they have renamed. There practice tests which is an extra cost (completely worth it) helped me pass!!! I want to actually start using my license. Perhaps this series will motivate me to reach out and start networking.

I passed the first time but I have to admit that my brain almost exploded 😂. Plus: the real study and load of information start after you get your license 😅

your method of doing the questions first is actually backed by a bunch of research! that’s how I studied for all of my board exams too 💯

In Quebec, Canada, we have a pretty extensive program for real estate brokers. I finish the program next Friday after 7 months of full time studies (9AM-4PM, 5 days a week) and just signed with the agency I will be working with. I'm so hyped and I can't wait to get my licensing exam done (likely only in November or possibly even December due to the annoying conditions that our Order places on licensing exams).
