I have some of Dave's pieces of advice that I agreed and disagreed with. Still, I respect him for forming this way to help people manage their finances properly.

That sounds like every human ever...
There are so many ways to structure an investment portfolio. Personally, I'm a fan of index funds and posit that an S&P Index Fund should be your baseline. One thing to be mindful of if you go the mutual fund route is to watch for duplication. By this, I mean the fund managers tend to gravitate toward certain stocks and you may wind up with, say, 25% of your portfolio in just a handful of stocks.
I love it. This is the Dave Ramsey version of the old joke... there was this one time I thought I was wrong... but then I double checked myself and it turns out I was right. 😂

😮😮The best advice i get from Dave is that Debt is Dumb. Dave is the reason I have money to invest with the local money guy who knows my personal situation and personality.
Rachel is Definitely an Index Fund investor. She's the smart one.

Dave’s advice is outdated. Its not practical to save up for 10 years to buy a 300k house in cash. Back in Dave’s days you could buy a decent house for less than 100k. Average house price is 300k+ now.
