Great video Kevin and Cameron..the male Lion Roar very unusual, so as to be identified by other Lions in the pride, so good to hear them vocalising🦁. And it was good to see the Jag in the Pantanal again, I love their Skills in the water and they are my favourite Cats, especially the melanistic ones. That was an awesome video! Thank you, Kevin, Cameron and Dan! Really cool about how you met and the amazing adventures you've taken us on. I wonder what about Kevin's story of how he met Cameron, though. A healthy respect for the water, full of crocodiles, hippos or elephants, is good (haha). I love it all: the beautiful locations, the white lion and the lion pride following that animal up the path, the female jaguar got her cayman, the hippos and elephants playing in the water, and seeing Giza blend in with her scenery. I miss the hyena that was sitting below Giza's tree while she ate her meal. Happy New Year to Kevin and your family , your furry friends at the Sanctuary (especially love to all your furry friends), your wonderful staff, Cameron and Dan! Weird question for you Kevin. The young lion male that you watched and commented on giving what you called a 'melancholy' roar. It was, to me at least, different to the ones your lions give. It was so fast at the end. Is it because it was young or is there another reason for the difference? Do lions roar for different reasons? Awesome video. Would love to see you come to Australia and check out our Apex predators and other unique animals. Shame you were not ever able to meet Steve Irwin that would have been awesome for you both..

I just wanted to say thank you. I have a small little sanctuary for farm animals, but my son (5) just thinks of them as pets. Watching your videos helped me explain how animals of all kinds sometimes aren't treated right and need the help of people. Besides having to skip when Meg kept catching pigs (because we rescue pigs) my son has learned so much about animals and he is so invested in all of them now! Negating the fact that my son asked me to adopt lions (not happening) your videos have really resonated with him! Thank you for all that you do! Also, Vincent is amazing!!

These are the really important things that need to be preserved. I envy everyone who gets to experience this nature directly. Especially this day when resources are wasted on something as unnecessary as fireworks. I haven't taken part in this nonsense for 20 years and prefer to spend my time enjoying the nature around me and providing my cat with a good life. I hope that more people will recognize this in 2024 and wish everyone who cares about preservation of nature an excellent year. :)

The Creator made it and then gave to US, gave it INTO OUR CARE - into OUR KEEPING, to preserve and protect so that ALL WE CREATURES of the Earth might keep the everlasting covenant command to be Fruitful, and Multiply and live in joy everlasting with our Creator and with eadh other. 🌞What an exciting trip. I love it when the lakes are calm and glass like. Cameron, you sure are brave to move on with your tour and go into the water, as fearful as it can be for you. I can safely assume that those Hippos and Crocodiles are much scarier in person, for sure👀! That lion was roaring with solid purpose. I wonder what he was thinking as he was calling about with those speedy vocals. He displayed so much power. There's a precious innocence about him too🥰

I would have been scared too Cameron....almost drown twice and with hippo in the mix, I probably would have blacked the whole thing out. I miss Christop from Rockfig....really liked his posts. Amazing video

Loved it all! Such beautiful wildlife footage. Also loved Cameron's lion tatoo.

I sort of expected Kevin to speak "lion" to the male lion who was "barking" that y'all encountered as you approached the Lodge. But then again he wasn't one of your lions at the sanctuary. In my imagination Kevin can charm & communicate with all of the big cats, no matter how wild. Fabulous video. Do you ever come across big snakes & how do you react? I don't know a lot about the snakes native to Africa. I have read a bit about the Black Mamba & how deadly they are. If you ever have a chance to talk about the native snakes & the relationship the big cats have with them I think that would be interesting. I have no idea how a lion, or other big cat, could avoid being bitten. I have seen smaller domesticated cats jump out of the way of a striking snake. I was amazed at how much faster the cats were than the snakes. I am thinking lions probably can't do that.
