    I agree they are my favorite band of all time, Jim the Mystic Lryricist, Phiosopher Polymath, legendary, sophisticated phychedelia, a unique influance with music world wide. Cannot help feeling they had a great influance on simple minds.

    Robbie’s guitar work is very underrated and his technique, originality is unmatched. He is a great creator of a unique genre. He embellished the “ Word Man” Jim Morrison with plenty of precision. Densmore and Manzarek marked an epoch in music history as well. The Doors are open.

    Bryan Hudson... On my own this is the first-class top rated and rates Group's of all RockNRoll History's!!! Even if I love other's like Pink Floyd's... The Velvet Underground or Jimmy Hendricks, Janis Joplin...ect(not gonna be exhaustive!!!) Most recently i appreciated Oasis,Blurr and other's like Amy Winehouse or Pete Doherty but they never made me dreaming as did and always do the Jim's Group's,song's and life's...1965-1969/70 for the essential,and Jim's emigration in France to escaped the highest pressure he'd ever experienced(or experimented?)after Miami's scandal and his hardest condemnation he went through with helpfulness LUCKY Circumstances!!! And even if the DOORS has been dissolved in 1973,i do consider that it was only the official's separation...cause real DOORS vanished when's Jim stopped singing and came in Paris wherein he evens begin taking Heroine that he'd refused all his short-term life,cause for him it was just death's powder,and he should be very unhappy and depressed to began that drug's he morally condemned and reproach Pamela taking some few year's before,till lightning a house's fire,enclosed first-hand,her into a placard,and told her "you wanted to saw death,here "she"come..."!!! What kinda man,as i love to describe him,he was an Intellectual's,a freedom's and a love's and provocation's extremist KING'S... BUT I STOP CAUSE I'M GONNA SAID THINGS EVERYONE KNOWS,BUT AS A PASSIONATE🔥I'M HARD TO STOPPED!!!🔊🛂🚫 Sorry for that speech and i hope you'll forgive me...✋ James D

    El poema al inicio: “Awake Shake dreams from your hair My pretty child, my sweet one. Choose the day and choose the sign of your day The day’s divinity First thing you see. A vast radiant beach in a cool jeweled moon Couples naked race down by it’s quiet side And we laugh like soft, mad children Smug in the woolly cotton brains of infancy The music and voices are all around us. Choose, they croon, the Ancient Ones The time has come again Choose now, they croon, Beneath the moon Beside an ancient lake Enter again the sweet forest Enter the hot dream Come with us Everything is broken up and dances.”

    Primal surreal, and beyond that is to label and limit, as in the Humanitarian Philosophy of Labeling, "Tell me what I am until such I become, the man wanted to escape definition, so we leave our wrappers on the ground, maybe in the ground and set our souls free, even take on the nasty angels at the crossroads, such as at the middle to end of the Soft Parade (song or album, s'ok)... yet me, I just am. Beyond that anyone's guess is well, not nearly as good as mine. Haha, ok, so it may be better. Hope that helps, or may be this... I take credit coz I know the guy who wrote it would not want to be so ...exposed. Hmmm, maybe in Dade County. OK then, be well... …by RaVen DaWn E X I L E I -AM -IN -EXILE! I am in exile, as I touch the Earth and become marble. I make a statue of myself and forget which is which. I am in exile, where my reflection stares at me glossy eyed …..and I turn to see it. EXILE! In an attempt to reflect eternity I face the mirrors exactly. Yet, in an effort to see forever my own face gets in the way. Here in my exile, lobotomy disagrees with me. The rivers running red as... propaganda peddlers pretend to be U.N. M.D.s; and with rusty razor blades perform mental vasectomies on misguided missionaries. I -AM -IN -EXILE!!! Where I mind you watching me, and I’ve planned my invisibility as you’ve planned my blindness. Exile! Where I feed you your dreams… …and you eat them, unknowing. Exile… where I stab a scab And I’m bleeding wax. Exile… where fragrant flowers grow lush over my grave but I am not in it. I -AM -IN -EXILE!!!

  • @RaVenDaWn999
    @RaVenDaWn9997 жыл бұрын

    People often limit themselves, while tipping a hat to others who, in madness or despair, suffer risks that prove nothing, help nobody, go nowhere. If we do not believe in what we can do, does that mean any other can not? Ridicule or fair question is posed. I offer only one salient answer from Richard Bach (ILLUSIONS) a quote: "Argue for your limitations, and sure enough- they're yours." Not mine. I urge you to expand your confidence in your own affairs, and make a difference in these issues. If you love the Doors, or any music as I do, there are lyrics as clues that help us know and feel these issues. This song was one of the first I called my favorite, coming out the woods, where I lived. Society is often petty- and petty turns deadly. Wars start on a word. Apathy is pandemic. Hostility, ridicule, fear to express with dignity- these are tools of silent slavery. It matters little if any believe in any other. It matters most to believe in one's self. Savvy? You want "wild"? It is not in these words, it is in where they came from. Morrison stated in his book, "turn mirrors to the walls in the house of the new dead." There now, doesn't that look better... Donnie Dark's mother said "there are none so blind as those that WILL not see." Hey- do you remember that time we were on You Tube? Me neither.... there now, I do hope I have entertained some here. Raise hell and be well...

    All right, Wild child full of grace Savior of the human race, Your cool face Natural child, terrible child Not your mother's or your father's child Your our child, screamin' wild An ancient rulage of grains, And the trees of the night Ha, ha, ha, ha With hunger at her heels, Freedom in her eyes She dances on her knees, Pirate prince at her side Stirrin' into a hollow idols eyes Wild child full of grace, Savior of the human race Your cool face, Your cool face, Your cool face Do you remember when we were in Africa?

    I was Obsessed....would listen to one of their songs one day and the next day it meant something different!!!But what I understood the day before still counted!! So....I spent days years listening to every song non stop to realize he had a few stories in the same song....with one word between...he would change the story or meaning of it!!! FKN GENIUS!! For lyrics....Jimmy is unbeatable!! Than I finally understood why he called is band THE DOORS!!

    Anyone who has not heard, Some years ago, when the remaining members were touring during the "STRANGE DAYS" tour, Ray Manzarek had told the crowd that Jim Morrison's body would be moved from Paris back home to LA. I don't know if that has happened yet, but Ray DID mention to everybody.
