I totally agree with you about that. He even did a play by play during a fight. Something only Vin Scully could do. There will not be anyone that can even come close to him in terms of longevity.
I love how Vin Scully calls the brawl with the exact same tone and cadence that he'd call a groundout to first base. That is why Vin Scully is the greatest announcer ever.
7 years later still one of the most entertaining Dodgers brawls. I miss Vin.

I miss Vinny!! One time, during a Dodger game against San Fran, a brawl broke out. The benches emptied, and he said something like "Both bullpins empty. That's a show of....whatever."

This is how Grenke is now with the D-Backs. The ball hit him hard enough to get hypnotized into the catchers words, which were "Grenke you will leave the Dodgers and come pitch for us in 2016".
Calmest brawl announcer ever Vin Scully the greatest of all time ! was never a dodger fan but if Vin Scully is announcing I watched the whole game.
I love it how you have Mcaguire, Mattingly, Williams and Gibson all in there.
Kennedy walked off the mound like "yeah I did my job" before he got tossed.
And to think the dearly departed Vincent Edward Scully called one of the most vicious, and best, BASE-BRAWLS in recent memory the way he did...WITH CALMNESS, AND CLASS. There will never be another like him. EVER.
During a bench clearing brawl, Vin Scully gives the best analysis of the donnybrook.
The best part is watching old legends tug and pull at each other - Matt Williams vs. Mark McGwire and so forth.

I miss u sir! Rest in peace.
God I miss Vin Scully. 😢😭 🎙️ ⚾️
I've been watching all these baseball brawls clips lately, and I've come to the conclusion that I need to start watching baseball again.
The Diamondbacks run a pretty fucked operation. I remember last year a Brewers pitcher hit a D-backs player accidentally, but then Kirk Gibson thought he'd be clever and bring a guy in the middle of the next inning to hit Ryan Braun (who isn't a very likable guy, I know) to load the bases. This guy threw one pitch, hit Braun, and was taken out. As he walked into the dugout Kirk and the rest of the team were high-fiving the guy LOL! But guess what, Jonathan Lucroy came up next and hit a grand slam to break the tie. Smooth...
Back when dodgers games were on kcal 9 and not cable
My favorite dodger video
I also love it how there is a cop hoping that fans are not gonna come into the fight while the cop is just standing there and watching it lol
Rest in peace, Don Baylor...
Puig should’ve just been a boxer I seen like three brawls he’s started lol including the recent one like last week
