He is elite at what he does thanks to his size not his skill. Still worth drafting and leaning on those elite qualities rather than going for yet another player you can find a similar version of in FA. Edey is 1 of 1 and the Heat have the chance to be elite at rebounding, Opp shooting percentage, spacing, and inside scoring to pair with all the shooting that they already have.

Zach Edey is a very good defensive and rebounding player which will be helpful to Miami Heat, You did justice to this video.

spo wont even utilize him right. spo always goes for small ball lineups and he'd end up like yurtseven when he was still with the heat.

Tyler Herro was basically a one and done lottery pick from Kentucky...not exactly a "developmental player"

May not have lots of offensive skills but I would take him because he gives lots of effort, the rest will come. I would take him.

Heat pick 15 Edey wears 15 and the top center in the league Jokic wears 15. If this is not a sign what is. The smartest pick would be Edey. This one of tgese pick you target your player and you get it with blinders on. Bam will be all NBA if we draft Edey because Bam will be free and able to dominate smaller forwards. Heat play mostly zone. You play Edey mostly in Spo’s zone like love.

If spo can see one unique quality in his play than I don’t see why the heat wouldn’t draft him. It’s the same with JJJ many had said his gameplay wouldn’t translate to the nba because he is slow but what they didn’t see in his college games was his iq

Edey is no slower than any other center in NBA besides whoever draft him he will be a marketing bonanza from the Asian community.

If Rudy Gobert has a place in the league then Edey should. Edey has similar defense with a better offensive bag & he isn't even in the league yet..

Herro was not a development project. He was a baller since middle school. 6th Man of the year first year off the bench and was 3rd places in the Rookie of the Year discussion. He can improve his defense but that can be said with the majority of the League. He's a killer on offense and I think he one of the most under rated players in the NBA. Better than alot of players who continue to make the All Star Game (Looking at you Trae Young).

The main problem with guys like Edey is his PNR defense against top guards/wings. Luka easily cooks DPY Gobert, Edey would move like a statue compared to him.

Unless you slot Jovic at the 3 and he becomes and elite shooter and Tyler stays elite at shooting the 3

Sorry the Spurs are going to draft Edey! Zach Edey will backup Wemby by sharing the regular minutes and foul load. Not to mention defending against heavier BIGs that Edey would be a better physical match up. Thus lowing the possible punishment Wemby would receive and increasing Victor's career longevity. Oh and when needed both players will play together with Edey locking down the rim paint with Victor roaming perimeter and blocking Threes. I see this as a possible 1st Qtr and 4th Qtr defensive option to sufficate Spurs opponents.

Go back and watch videos about when the joker was being drafted. Teams will have to adjust to him instead of the other way.

Heat should try to get Donovan for Herro, Jaime and future first round picks. Maybe even try a 3 team trade Jarret Allen , caris to Pelicans, Caleb, Herro, Jaime, and picks to Cavs and Heat get Donovan Mitchell and Jonas. If not then we go get Dejounte Murray or Malik Monk sign and trade for Herro, Caleb or Highsmith, and/or future 1st picks. Draft a big like Zach Edey and Hunter Sallis PG, Alex Karaban or Julian Phillips in the 2nd round. Sign Jonas in free agency. I love this teams chance with the new roster after this move. Dejounte or Hunter Sallis Terry Duncan Jaime Jimmy Niko Bam Kevin Love or Alex Karaban Jonas Zach Edey
