Glad I found you. Subbed. What area of real estate would you recommend starting at? You do flips, wholesale, etc? I’m a pharmacist.

Thanks, bro. I would recommend a single-family home that’s very affordable. As long as the rent is more than your mortgage. Then as that home, grows in value, you take a home equity line of credit and buy your next property.

The real objective is to make money as fast as possible so because you are a pharmacist, maybe you can give health advice to people on the side and be a medical consultant that will help you gain more income, and then you use your fast money and invest into slow money like real estate

What about student loans? Would you recommend paying them off before real estate investing? Dave Ramsey recommends paying off all debt first lol.
