That's why people leaving india. The most difficult pain is getting accused for something that you have never committed in life.

It is the slap on the face of justice system .It shows that law is satire and so is judiciary

Worst fact is this mainly applies to men, practically women can counter that by filing several false cases

One thing I understood by studying Law is that our Indian Judiciary just sucks. It just has some law, then again has a entire list of exceptions. Like what is the point of creating a law with a ton of exceptions to it. Our law looks after criminals by providing food, shelter & will also incur expenses for them. This is utter nonsense. 😤

A personal suggestion to all our youths in India. please listen to what this gentleman is saying. Police in India have too much power, and every court is having a backlog of cases of at least 15 years. And trust me lawyer fees is what will be the final nail in the coffin...99.99% if you dont pay their fees .. they will just leave your case. So please stay focused in your career and learn to keep a cool head.

Career focused hai, but we don't want to pay taxes until the government stops funding the law enforcement. Remove police officers from their jobs, replace them with citizen councils. Don't give them any weapons. Convert all the police stations into schools and hospitals.

Police are given too much power in india, a civic rights should be implemented, cops are supposed to be civil servants not hooligans and enforcers. A civilian should have the right to scold a police officer if need arises, and verbally defend himself, this is the reason why police officers goes are and beat anyone if they feel like it. There was a an incident that happened to me and my friends, after a long day of classes and coaching classes we needed some downtime so 4 of us gathered to play some mobile games it was around 5:30 pm and we were in our compound we spent just 10-12 mins when a police car came out of nowhere and the OC got out of the car and said "ghar jao sala" then we ask "is there something wrong sir?" Instead of saying "its not safe today so go home" or explaning he said "danda nikalo" and immediately started beating us for no reason. Since then i have hated people who are given power over civilians. My father is also a police officer but i absolutely hate police thats why i never applied to be a Sub-inspector even though my father and my brother in law insisted me to join, my father is also OC and my bro in law in SI.

Typical gorawala laws still funtioning in India after 76 years of Indipendence.

So what should we do then?? I am sharing one of my experiences. Oneday at late night I was returning to home with my finance in a car when police stopped us without any reason. They checked all the papers and it was right. Then they asked for 10k. The road was deserted. I didn't want to talk anymore. I gave 8000 and left the place. What should I do then????

Why would you pay 10k to a police officer if you had done nothing wrong? Stop cooking mindless stories. You had done something wrong and the police blackmailed you. I am not saying what the police did was right but you were equally responsible for your actions.
