Фильм және анимация

We look at the price, specs, ease of use, viewfinder, and overall looks of the camera. We also suggest a few alternatives for those who are looking for a slightly more professional option. @@ammadoux Great! Do check out the film simulations at fujixweekly.com/recipes/ for ways to replicate different film stocks using Fujifilm. Also, for even the everyday photos, or more advanced photos, we recommend to tweak the highlight and shadow tone settings. You may easily adjust those by pressing "Q" on the back of your camera and adjusting the settings there. Hope this helps! Happy photographing!

I had been looking for a used X100F as that was within budget when I found a shop local to me had a small stock of the X-E3 with 18-55 lens on sale at literally half the price of the X-E4! Really nice review. Well presented and articulated. I'm a professional photographer/videographer that's owned multiple Fujifilm cameras (still use Nikon for still photography but Fujifilm X-T3 and X-S10 for video), and I agree on all points. Especially appreciate your advice towards the end about maybe not choosing the X-E1/2/3 for professional work requiring two card slots and standard audio input. That said, I shot tons of sports events and weddings on Nikon D700 bodies for years with a single card slot and never had a problem. I think that had something to do with the superior reliability of CF cards over the newer and now more common SD cards, with which I've had several outright failures and malfunctions. I still adore my X-E1 and the signature look of that sensor, but the lack of an AF joystick and slow AF response can make it quite maddening to use. Wish a firmware update could upgrade the AF on that sweet camera.

I agree entirely with your review. I managed to pick up a new X-E3 for $AU599 earlier this year. I've got an X-H1 with a battery grip, which is good for product shots but too heavy to carry around. The X-E3 uses the same lenses and is nicely light to carry around. These days, I leave an 18mm to 135mm screwed onto it most of the time.

I just picked up the X-E3 two months ago, and it is incredible! It’s like a mini XPro3. Though, I would take this over the X Pro series cameras, Same sensor tech, but much less intrusive, and way better for travel and street. The ergonomics are better than the XE4. I use it with the excellent 14mm most of the time, and the 50mm. I travel all over asia, rain forests in Thailand to the high Himalayas, and no problems. The XE4’s only really advantage is the flip screen. Maybe I’ll get one when they come out with a weather sealed version in a few years.

This is what I went with in 2021. My first interchangeable lens camera. I love the rangefinder style. The kit lens options are great. But I’ve been having the most fun with some low cost manual lenses. I just wanted to a say that the “auto” switch is also great when in a setting where you yourself aren’t that experienced. I was trying to get some pictures of my folks new young dog outside and auto mode saved me, as he is quite hyper and moved around a lot. Inside, when he was a bit more mellow, I switched to a manual lens and got some great shots. I also like how easy it is to mix auto and manual features. I like using the manual focus and aperture on the lens, and I will use the exposure compensation dial, but I like letting the camera handle shutter speed and ISO for me most of the time. I wouldn’t mind the newer X/trans IV features in the x-e4, but I like the control layout on this camera better.

I purchased a used X-E3 over an X-E4 due to price and functionality. I preferred the design over the X-E4. The auto mode is especially helpful in two ways. First, the lenses are interchangeable and virtually anyone can use a Fujifilm lens with Autofocus and have great shots all the time. Second, I use adapters and older lenses with an adapter which creates a great diversity of shooting and results. There are also presets such as black and white which are handy but limited compared to newer cameras. All in all this camera provides most photographers with what is needed at an affordable price.

Each will yield a different image color grading, texture, b&w value...but equally addictive to 📸. The earlier gen is slower, murky ( screen & viewfinder) but closer to film like. I still 📸 with my X-M1 to X-E2 to X-Pro3... I have more 📷 & lenses than I do 💵 or common sense 🥴. Btw, I strongly recommend the Epson R-D1(2004?) for an film 📷 experience. The X-E3 EVF will be much smaller than most DSLR viewfinders, but it's never been an issue for our style of photography, being that it is an EVF, but something to keep in mind 🙂. The main choice between the X-E and the X100 is whether you want to swap lenses or not. Decide that first! If you want to swap lenses then the X100V is not good to you and you should be looking at the X-E4 as an alternative to the X100V if you want to keep rangefinder styling. The old X-E3 is comparable to the old X100F.

    3 жыл бұрын

Hi Han! Great question. We think it comes down to ergonomics and function of use. The X-E3 will be smaller, and the EVF will be on the side, allowing you to have a better view of your surroundings. The X-T200 has the EVF centered over the top. Specifications are very similar. Big advantage to X-T200 is the flip screen. So if you're vlogging a lot, X-T200. If you're more of an everyday, casual-to-street photographer, X-E3. But, the biggest difference for us is this: X-E3 kit comes with 23mm F2, a very good lens. X-T200 kit comes with one of Fujifilm's standard kit lenses, the 15-45mm. You will have to invest more to get a similar image result. The 23mm F2 is not the cheapest lens when you buy it separately. Hope this helps. All the best, happy photographing!
