I think the reason why the bank does not finance is because they are way older models...Hi Max I remember buying my import from KDG and it was fast and easy cash transaction

Makes sense, the bank initially wants to ensure that when you fail to pay they are able to reposes something that can still be sold to cover the loan you took. Our first car was a Polo we also bought as an import and that transaction didn’t even take thirty minutes to complete. Also buying cash just gives you peace of mind indeed.

What about reliability, i know Japan is renown for making durable cars and the population is know to value honour above all virtues , planning on owning one 😊

In Namibia we tend to find that the VW DSG gearboxes on the imports are not reliable and paint tends to fade quicker as well.

Sorry but you can get the Full History of an Import Car, I own three imports, you can get in touch with the Dealership in Japan, either through the Importer of your car,or you can phone the Dealership in Japan yourself, a lot of the cars you buy from the Auction have the Service History included in the car, you can ask your importer if the Service History comes with the car you are interested in buying, take care.

@tumeloseeletso7249 unfortunately I don’t buy or sell vehicles, it’s best to go to local dealerships that import and sell these vehicles.

@@tumeloseeletso7249 if you are genuinely interested in buying an Import vehicle, try my good friend Miguel from Newera Imports, he lives in Japan and has many years of experience in importing cars all round the World, I have personally bought two vehicles from Miguel, an R32GTR and a Honda Accord Euro R, he only buys the very best he can find at Auction, you will be informed of the whole process from start till finish, look him up, you won’t be disappointed.
