And I'm confident that you're also going to make yourself an identity in this platform. I love this video editing format: nothing flashy, simple visual representations and well scripted information. You really know what you're talking about. My gratitude.

    1. Identify shapes Actions 2. Your Old Identify will fight back when you want to kill it. 3. It will throw some moves 4. But you got to identify those koves and fight back 5. And keep showing up and keep training 6. After a while, youild Identity will also develope counter moves to counter your new moves against old Identity. 7. But you have to keep showing up, keep training.

Instead of fighting your old identity for your new indentity. It's better to accept your flaws and weakness of your old indentity and change into a new identity for greater goods. This way we can eliminate mental conflicts and helping your old identity to become a new identity or better version.

I know every move from my opponent, and I "beat" him everytime. But that's not enough. I may be able to beat him, it still feel like that I am losing. Beating him doesn't satisfy me. Even if I beat him he keeps coming back endlessly. He is not giving up even after months of consecutive losses. Winning against this old identity doesn't satisfy me anymore. I just don't want to fight anymore. The only true way for me to win this fight is by not having a fight in the first place. What I realized, is that the real problem is that this opponent is none other than myself. I am that opponent in disguise. I am the one who cause him to appear in the first place. And yet it feels like that this opponent is an entire different person, despite being fully aware that this isn't the case. What I am saying is that fully successfully dissociating myself from my old identity has caused indirectly bad consequences. I explain the next paragraph. It almost feels like that I have DID. I can't properly feel that I caused my negative thoughts (aka my old identity) to appear despite fully taking responsibility for them. Everytime that I try to feel that I am the one who caused them to appear, I fail. Each time, I feel that it's a different person than me that has caused them to be there, as if there were a demon inside of me, as if there someone inside of me that want to hurt me. I know and fully believe that I am responsible for those thoughts and yet I can't really feel that this is the case. It's so painfully frustrating. I need to feel/realize that this opponent is none other than me. I need to feel/realize that his face is mine. I need to feel that his moves are being controlled none other than by myself. I need to feel that he is a puppet controlled by me. I need to remember properly when I have caused him to appear to fight me. If I can remember that, if I can become aware of when precisely and how exactly I make him appear, everything will change, this ability will be a true game-changer in my life. This will truly feel like a real win. Until then, I will keep losing.

Best videos for self-improvement. A video request- Why do we sometimes (and often for people like me) develop an inferiority complex when we see others achieving a lot in their lives, and what to do in order to stop that? Or is it fine to develop that inferiority to improve ourselves?
