What helped me the most was to reduce screentime and work with grayscale display (I would still use color if I made a presentation or watched a movie). Phones and computers are sneaky energy drains because they overstimulate you without you noticing.

you are GOOD!!! I JUST DISCOVERED YOU and this is my 2nd video of yours. Everything you are saying/said are things I have experimented with and worked on my journey. About a year ago, I watched Huberman's video on sleep. I then decided to optimise my sleep so I flipped the switch for strict mode for this experiment. I started eating a lot of good food 3x a day as well. And the results were MIRACULOUS - My energy levels were as if I had drank coffee. This is no joke. I was always awake and alive. No tiredness. I was always active and had SOOO MUCH ENERGY. Instead of walking around my house I would be skipping around my house all the time. Only felt tired at night time when my bedtime was near which was desirable. So just imagine that if you eat good food and optimese your sleep you might be able to live your life as if you're on coffee all the time. I forgot to include that work that needed a lot of mental effort took less effort since I had the energy plus I am not forcing myself with my battery low. Everything felt relatively effortless. if you optimse sleep then you can focus on more and DO MORE!! THANKS OUTPERFORM FOR YOUR CONTENT. I WILL DEFO BE KEEPING AN EYE ON YOU NOW. ✊💪

I know im growing up now that I'm actively pursuing a clear sleep schedule instead of "sleep between 22:00 - 03:15)" I even found out that i like waking up at 5. Gives me tike to prepare for the day, go over my schedule and get some medication in, which i need badly to help overcome my overthinking. Sleepin between 21:30 - 22:45 is my sweet spot

Your rule of waiting 90 minutes before you drink coffee in the morning comes from Andrew Huberman's morning routine, right? It's supposed to prevent the coffee crash later in the day, but I've been wondering: can you not get the same effect if you wait only 60 minutes, or maybe even less? What do you think?

Yeah, 90 minutes is just an average. Everyone is different, so test 60 minutes for yourself and see if it affects or not

Hello, I am having a hard time finding the study but at the time, I remember that the data was very clear, it is not 60, nor solely 90, but an interval (normal/gaussian curve) , I do not remember the parameters of the law, but it was the interval 90-120 that is in my mind. However it depends on your morning routine/hasardness, thus if you have removed a lot of adenosine thanks to the sun or with morning gym (however generally, morning gym adenosine loss

You're welcome! As said in the video, it depends on the individual, if you think you can get by with 6 hours, then sure
