@@SiriusLee12345 lol so what is procrastination during work? You can be disciplined enough to do something everyday but if you aren't focusing on the thing you're working on you're probably not getting much done every session.

Thanks so much, I just gave up on my self-improv strat after a week and was messed up a lot as I was focusing on many things leading to focus in none. It gave me the clarity i needed, you are literally a life saver.

The last point really opened up my perspective. Working out was initially my complimentary area but with time i started to invest more and more time in it. I never thought of it as a distraction but now i understand that it needs to change. Keep doing what you are doing brother its really helpful for people like me

@OutperformMD.... Awesome video. I loved it. My choice that I need to make is between 2 different work related focus... one is working at a firm for somebody else. Other is investing in my own business. I know I need to do both. But how do I split the mental energy appropriately? Could you do a video on that?

Can I know the name of the animation software? This is another level of animation. It helps the creator to communicate their message effectively with the viewers. I seriously want to learn this, even if I have to pay for it. I hope that you read this comment and help me. The very fact that I am paying for writing this one comment, or investing in this comment reflects how important this is to me.
