Definitely GET MARRIED WHEN YOUR READY! marriage is HARD WORK! & it can be costly depending on the type of ceremony you choose to have. So definitely take your time.

I’ve been with my now fiancé for 10 years and we are just getting married.. move at your own pace. Your love is all that matters get both your lives together and when you are ready then get married don’t let anyone pressure you.. we don’t regret waiting minus trying to get married during Covid lmao .. but it’s your term. After 10 years we are still getting to know each other.. love this video.. even though I feel your explaining too much you aren’t married because you guys are doing it your way.. simple.. ♥️♥️. And yes my number one advice to anyone when they ask is to live with the person you truly don't know someone until you live with them!!!! Rent an apartment together.. and learn each other.. ok I'm done rambling lol

You don’t have to spend money to get married. It’s not about the wedding itself but the union. We lived together for almost 2 years before we got married and started a family after dating since high school.

Why can't you elope and or go to the courthouse and get married. Most couples now just have a family gathering after the fact. I understand wanting to wait but you can live together forever and still not know everything about that person. It's ultimately your decision but I don't recommend waiting 5 or more years because you'll always find a reason not to commit to marriage. I feel it hesitations on both sides and unfortunately that says a lot. I wish you the best and love your channel ❤

I think it's incredibly mature of both of you to recognize that marriage is not an immediate priority but that doesn't negate the fact you love and are committed to each other! Of course so many people are excited to see y'all get married but I'm more impacted by the love you show each other every day regardless of the "status" of your relationship

Speaking as a boomer married to another boomer I am totally on board with what you're saying. I didn't get married until I was 38 and we were in a relationship for 8 years before we got married. Nearly 22 years later we are still doing great. It isn't always sweetness and light but she's THE best thing that's ever happened to me. As for you two there's only one person you need to be pleasing and thinking of.....your partner. Work out all those issues and be comfortable with all those icky bathroom behaviors (joking) and soon you'll be rocking and rolling. You got this and you know it.

I am so pleased to have found you two. I was one who questioned why. Right now, I have mentally adopted you as grandchildren. I had this discussion with all of my grands. I have been married 53 years and living together before or after marriage is a challenge .having expressed all of that, you are well spoken and I can see your point. As a Christian, I still believe you should be married. However you have convinced me enough so that I feel better about my babies. Thank you for your openness. That’s very smart not to jump to fast into marriage because that’s one of the main reasons people divorce today. Marriage is a huge commitment and with that comes all the things that people don’t think about fully before they get married. Finances, kids, careers ect. Keep in mind that personally I do watch through it’s entirely but sometimes it according to my availability. I’ll pick it up later and it could be on TV KZread or iPhone KZread, and the TV KZread want allow you or me to comment so when you go to iPhone you may not watch the movie but go straight to comments. I personally also don’t agree with couples living together without marriage, and don’t understand the views of waiting for a certain time for instance waiting for finances to improve. You are living together so what’s the difference in cost? I’m seventy and am yet waiting for that to happen. My husband and I are yet vacationing and we budget for that. I’m yet learning my spouse. You will never know that person entirely ever, but what I realize in life is if a person can deal with me and my ways I should be able to do the same.

I think everyone is so eager for you two to get married because they see the obvious love between you guys and they want to see it culminate in the “happy ending.” But obviously marriage is only the beginning and you guys should only do it when y’all are ready. My husband and I live together for 9 years before we got married. Take your time and you do not need to rush into marriage. Enjoy each other and have fun. You will know when you are ready to make that big step. Also my husband did know much about jewelry so to be safe he let me pick out my engagement ring and my husband and I got married at the justice of the peace to save money and had wonderful backyard reception party. We had a wonderful life together before he passed away 4 years ago. I get what you are saying do you. 😊

Take your time! Your doing a good thing I lived with my husband while we were boyfriend and girlfriend. We're 25 now we got married at 22, had a small ceremony at the court house we grew alot together we met at 17 and have been through literally everything together. We have children together and have traveled alot. We got judged for moving out together at 18 and I got pregnant at 19. But everyone moves at their own pace when your ready your ready. Not getting married right away isn't a big deal.

I'm a baby boomer and I'm divorced. However, I knew alot of people in the 80s who waited 6 to 10 years and then they married. Some are still married and a few are divorced. When it comes to data I have always questioned it. In the meantime, I say wait but keep in mind we are always changing. It takes a lifetime to get to a person. Just keep that in mind when you do get married and you'll be just fine. Its only my opinion

First I want to say that I really love you both and I think you guys are a really sweet couple. Mitch, you keep saying I gave her a promise ring so just give her the wedding ring and go to the court and get married. It's about the love that you have for each other the big wedding and fancy ring will never compare to the love you have for each other. The cost of the wedding could be a down payment for a new house. Living together doesn't mean you your marriage with work when you do get married. Get married at your own time! Do what makes you happy. If living together before marriage makes you two happy then so be it. People rush into marriage only to get divorce within a couple of years. My husband and I got married at 19, we just knew. Everyone said we were young and wouldn't last. We will be married 10 years in October 🎉 I feel like people will always ask, when are you getting married?, then once you're married, when are you having kids?... story of my life 🤦🏽‍♀️ I totally agree with living together first, even though some people don't agree. It's a great way to know if you're compatible. Seriously do what makes you happy🙂

Just got back up y'all.so I think it your life do you.i can only say about my life. I don't judge you.i have had two great wifes They both passed away one from heart disease and the second was cacner.we were not rich not at all.first 12ys. Second we 32yrs

My hubs is a retired cop so When People ask how long we have been married I tell them, So far, I’ve served 28 years of a life sentence with no chance of parole. Marriage is really hard, but worth it. Just follow The three C’s - Communication, Commitment and the biggest one COMPROMISE! You two are such a cute couple. You are just making me dizzy moving all the time. 😂

I love you both, and so I'll tell it like it is; The first few sentences spoken sounds like a bunch of rationalizing and nonsense. Your reasonings for not getting married is ridiculous. You've have been best friends, and boyfriend and girlfriend for FOUR years and still you know nothing about each other? People your age, and older, have had successful unions who have dated in a shorter time span. I don't understand how this is a faith or Christian channel... and these are your thought process. You're still shacking up, and living a married life...the difference if your union isn't blessed by God. Marry one another and start your journey together so that God can really blessed both of you individually and together. Marrying doesn't stop your journey. It doesn't stop traveling. It doesn't stop the adventures. It adds to it. You are so much more blessed, spiritually, even worldly when you marry. Prioritize properly.

So.. I’m reading your body and language and your eyes. 1st you don’t have to explain yourself to anyone. You sound as if you need to defend yourself or make excuses. You don’t have to. 2nd you both professed faith. You know what the Bible says. No I’m not a thumper but believe we should hold each other accountable in love. Living together without being married is not honoring yourselves or God. I know it’s not popular to say and sadly I did the same thing. Money should never stop you. People love to watch things that are very interesting other couples do pranks and they talk about exciting things like freaky things and yes that do gets people attention . for example Travis and torie are one of my favorite couples and they are average size youtubers . One of they videos got 5.6 million views from her doing a flashing boob prank on her husband. But don’t do anything that doesn’t feel comfortable for y’all but tbh destiny and Mitch no one wants to watch videos that y’all post it’s just boring. And I did love y’all in the beginning because of the small pranks and everything but as the time went on the videos just got boring to me . But I still love y’all and I’m not being rude I’m just being honest .
