Never knew the story of Sal’s murder. It was so senseless. His murderer sentenced for 51 years just to be paroled after 11 years is outrageous. No real justice for Sal. Murderers should never be eligible for parole. Sal still had so much more to give and live but got robbed of his life by a total stranger. So sad. Love the guitars and everything on Sunset. Always love seeing Jah. Thank you for sharing about Sal’s murder. May he be resting in peace. God bless you and Jah. Y’all are such a blessing to others.

Anyone who is paroled should be forced to live at their lawyer's house for the first year. That should cut the paroles down to about zero. The difference between a lawyer and a vampire is the vampire will stop sucking on your neck once you re dead

Sal was about 7 years older than me, but I followed his career for years. It was such a shock to hear the news when it happened. He was a great actor. RIP to Sal, such a sad ending for a bright soul. I knew nothing of his death, but had seen him in films. In a way he was a pioneer of the LGBT movement, not afraid of his lifestyle ruining his career, that took alot of guts in those days, they say James Dean was Bi also... I wonder if they spoke of it while filming Giant? More tragic events occur when the killers wife kills herself. Then the killer gets out of prison after 11 years! Love the Sunset Marquee Hotel, the big guitar reminds me of going into the Rock~in~Roll museum in Ohio! ❤

Man, Sal Mineo was such a strikingly handsome man! I believe if he had lived a longer life, he would have been an A lister for sure....senseless is the perfect word for his murder. Thank you, Jordan for taking us along..... :)

Grateful to see a podcast about Sal Mineo Even some people my age (79) don't recall Sal Mineo, and yet he stood out to me in every movie I saw him in. For a small guy he had a BIG presence. I just saw him as an Indian in "Cheyenne Autumn" and I immediately thought it was him.Always enjoyed his performances RIP Sal Mineo.

It's terrible what happened to him, he was so talented. Year's later Christa Helms was killed in the same spot. The police said they could make correlations too. I thought if he hadn't died he could have been a phenomenal actor. Wonderful vlog Jordan.

Henry did the album cover for Morrison Hotel by the Doors... He's awesome and still working. In 2015, he came to Nashville with Patty Boyd, George Harrison's first wife and Eric Claptons... She's a photographer too. I wanted to go to this event but tickets were sold out😞

Nice video and it is fun that you visit the sites, etc. Sal was not killed for drug money and then never robbed so instead they stab him in the chest and leave everything - watch, car keys, everything left. That is NOT how it works. It was a hit, so now you can investigate further if you like.
