Why this to me? Why? | Day 175 Pt 4 Post op Vestibular Nerve Section
Hello! I'm Kelly and I've had Meniere's disease since 2010. On May 25, 2023, I had a brain surgery for Meniere's disease called a Vestibular Nerve Section and Craniotomy after I exhausted all treatments for Meniere's disease. I kept a private video journal while I recovered from surgery and recently decided to make it public in hopes it would help others go through this surgery recovery. The date this video was recorded is listed below. I'm happy to answer any questions you have or talk more about my experience. Recovering from brain surgery was unlike anything I've every experienced. But I've come so far and I am SO glad I did it. Thanks for going on this journey with me!

Im proud of myselve this week. For accepting that some days all i need is resting on my bed. 😊 ❤ here you finally started to grasp whas you have been true the past months. Yay! That is a huge win! Well done! I switched to eating Paleo in 2017. I was already eating gluten free since 2010. But changing to Paleo helped a lot of the brain fog I was having and some inflammation. Though I will say, in my experience, foods affect us all differently. So while Paleo food plans may significantly help some, it may not help everyone.

Is all the BTS stuff you watch on KZread / social media or do you pay for like a Korean tv channel or something 1:25

Lots of different places. What I'm watching on this video is a concert on Amazon Prime called "Yet to Come." There are concerts on Disney Plus and documentaries. "Permission to Dance" concert is on Disney Plus. The BTS documentary on Disney+ is called "Beyond the Star." BTS has a KZread channel called "Bangtan TV" where they have tons of content. They also have an app called "Weverse" but most of the content there are concerts and documentaries that have to be paid for. They will livestream concerts through that app and its where the members will livestream. BTS is also on IG and Tiktok. :) Probably more than you ever wanted to know lol
