Chewy, gooey, chocolate-y raw vegan keto brownies! (Just reading this line makes me want to bite into one.) These brownies are rich and delicious, and will absolutely satisfy your chocolate cravings. If you’re like me and you have no self-control, I suggest only making a small batch or give some away. I went through batches of brownies this month because of how good they are!

Can you make a video on different ways to use coconut cream? Because for many recipes you don’t need to use a lot of it, so it doesn’t stay in the fridge for long.

I have made the first recipe in the video (last recipe reviewed by hubby) many times. I have tried many raw brownie recipes, including recipes similar to the second recipe offered here, and the first recipe is a hands down winner. I make it in two 10 cm x 10 cm ceramic ramekins. I keep one for myself and take the other to work (always very well appreciated). It's very rich so I slice each one into 16 pieces - for me the perfect size for a late afternoon pick me up. The baked brownie recipe reads really well, I look forward to making them too!

Hi Petra, thank you very much for all your great recipes. I have made few of them and you have gained my trust. Now when something new is coming from you I know that it will work and taste great. My son's 21 Birthday is coming up, do you think that I could make all three Brownies in round shape and stack them on top of each and cover with the ganache that you have showed us, so that I can end up with decent Birthday cake?
@NutritionRefined
4 жыл бұрын
Hi Ana - thank you for the kind words! ❤️ To be perfectly honest, I wouldn't stack all three brownie recipes because they are quite fudgy and "heavy" if that makes sense. What I would do is pick one brownie recipe and make it in round spring form pan (you might need to double it, depending on the size of the pan). Then I would make chocolate mousse and top the brownie with that (to lighten it up), and then pour chocolate on top. This way would will get much more textural variety.
Adoro a música...
Delicious 😋
Wow, you are really good just eyeballing these measurements :)
9:45 What do you mean" it doesn't reach it"😂😆
Yum!
Your husband goes soooo into details when assessing your food. HAHA
Hi Petra, I've already made the date brownies and I have to say they are great! Although dates are extremely sweet, especially the Medjool variety, the recipe doesn't come to a sweet sweet result but a middle one. And their humidity is also noticed in the resul. The chuncks of walnuts are nice to chew, and the walnut flavor is present. The clocolate flavour depends on the quality of the cocoa you use, obviously, but I have to be honest with you that the bigger cocoa contribuition was the colour itself instead of the flavour. I mean as soon as you look at the squares you think of chocolate, but when you bite and chew, new flavours domain and the chocolate is kind of put to a second page. If think the result will be bitterer if I add more cocoa to reach the chocolatery flavor. Something to be balanced. But, appart from all the analysis, it is definitely something to give it a try.

That looks like a really good food processor. What brand is it? I'm looking for something better than my Cuisinart, that is available in the U.S. I have a high speed blender but the pitcher is very large/tall and the mixtures like the ones shown in these lovely brownie recipes tend to get stuck on the bottom and it's hard to get it all out. Any superior high-quality food processor recommendations would be most appreciated. Love your recipes and your channel!

Hi. I’ve loved all of your recipes. Can almond flour in the first recipe be substituted with coconut flour?
@NutritionRefined
4 жыл бұрын
Hmmm, I have never tried it, but I wouldn't recommend it because coconut flour is much more absorbent than almond flour. (It might work, but you would need to adjust the amount of liquid ingredients).

It would be grate if you put the written recipes (at least list of ingredients) in the description box
Ok so I just made recipe number 1. I don't have cashews nor do I have a food processor so instead I used 2 cups of peanut butter. As for the chocolate topping it did not come out to be so LIQUID and was more like a ganache. Not sure why, maybe because my liquid sweetener was sugar free maple syrup? Anyway not complaining that it came out that way. I used a 7"x7" pan and cut into 13 pieces and the brownies come up to just lower than 1inch high. I had put it in the fridge for the ganache to firm up. So.... 1. To mix it with the peanut butter proved to be kind of tough haha. Even though I had microwaved the peanut butter. But overall doable. 2. It tastes like a chocolate peanut butter brownie which I am ok with. But if you guys don't want the nutty taste maybe use cashews or a neutral nut butter like sunflower butter. 3. As I said my chocolate topping came out like a ganache so it did not harden so I did not feel like there were two separate textures in every bite. 4. These were very hearty and tasty, and it really satisfied my chocolate craving. Just one brownie was enough. Compared to if I were to eat chocolate covered almonds out of a jar....I could eat 10 of those and only then feel satisfied. But this one... just one and I am in nutty dark chocolate heaven. 5. This gets on your fingers since it is not baked and is a bunch of ingredients pressed together. Not complaining... just like the fingers. 6. This will definitely be a staple. The other recipe I have tried is the avocado mousse. So damn good but I don't always have avocado on hand so it is not a staple. By the way this does take up a lot of resources/ ingredients. In terms of volume. Cups and cups of ingredients. So best to make it last in the fridge.
Have you tried carob powder in any recipes?
What's is the alternative to hazelnuts in the last recipe
