I honestly agree. I like that they are essentially neutral within the force, in the way that they study. You can easily learn Anything, and I love that.

The lore of the Old Republic is so amazing, i wish they show that in live action and upcoming project.

@@thalmoragent9344 They did mediate and used the force, just not in the way the jedi or sith medidated and use the force. Their philosophy is they serve the immortal emperor and his offspring.

So many lightsaber colors are so cool wish we saw more but mostly we get the really common ones

Could you please do more Legend Lightsaber (like the Soulsaber) Content? I love how some LIghtsaber Crystals in Legends had different powers and even could corrupt Jedi to the Dark Side of the Force.

Sentinels were the Jedi equivalent of covert operatives and the twins seemed to use blitzkrieg tactics designed to eliminate Republic and Sith forces before the wider galaxy could be informed of what was going on. So maybe yellow symbolizes those with a mind for subtlety.

Personally I actually wouldn't agree here, as all of Valkorion's children were trained in a manner entirely divorced from Jedi traditions. Stupendous probably has a point here with them desiring to stand out. Also, keep in mind the ways in which both Arcann and later on Vaylin ruled: they were iron-fisted tyrants who bombared planets into rubble with minimal provocation. At least from the player's perspective in SWTOR, they're both a lot of things, but certainly not subtle in their approach.

Subtlety is not a term I would ever associate with Arcann, Thexan and most especially Vaylin. Vaylin also may have been the most powerful force user to exist ... ever.

The yellow lightsaber is arguably the most UNDERRATED weapon in Star Wars!!! I wish we got to see it more in the Star Wars cannon

I would want to be a Jedi Sentinel and wield a yellow lightsaber. Well double-bladed lightsaber with yellow on one side and purple on the other.

Finally! Thanks explaining the difference between the Green and Blue saber. It's bugged me for decade's. I honestly didn't know. 👍

I think it would be suitable for the Yellow Lightsaber to be the embodiment of Law, Order, and/or Royalty with your explanation. It would be interesting to see the history of the yellow Lightsaber and who was the first to create it if Star Wars ever decide to explore the history of Lightsabers whether in animation, live-action, etc.

I really enjoy Viciates eternal empire and the actors within it. Along with Revan and the events surrounding him and his factions, they make for the most interesting bits of lore for me.

The Knights of Zakuul have the same view of the force that I would have if I made a Force order. Expect maybe the view on lightsaber colors, but I figured the yellow/gold color lightsabers simply meant they where the prince/princess while purple would have meant king, I wasn’t far off it seems.

Another oddity of Zakuul, the serpent icon they wore on their armor was symbolic of Zildrog, the Iokath machine god that could destroy the force entirely. That was how Tenebrae destroyed all traces of the force on Nathema, he had control of Zildrog and the gravestone which was Zildrog's "delivery system" and used it to consume all traces of the force on the planet, and imbued himself with it. That was why Nathema was literally a dead hole in the force.

Alright, this lone bit of information just confirms that it's high time I do a deep dive on this faction.

Yet the actual goal of Valkorian was to destroy all existence and even the force itself. He wanted to literally be the only thing in existence in the entire universe. He had the means to destroy the force itself in Zildrog

Sen'a (the mother) did not refuse the yellow Lightsaber. She just did not use it often. However, she used it to defend herself after her daughter attacked her at the end of the cinematic "Betrayal"

So, in my opinion, this group was actually what the Sith should been like hopefully Dave Fillony will find a way to incorporate this into the new Era

Jedi sentinels with yellow lightsabers are the special forces of the Jedi order. They’re the most badass Jedi. Sidious even feared them more than anybody during the galactic empire.

I have an interesting off topic sw question. Can Wookies speak other languages? Cause they can always seem to understand other languages but never seem to speak them.

It may well be that, like other Simian species on Earth, like say anything from a Monkey to a Great Ape, they simply don't have the physical ability in their throats and oesophagus, to be able to form words in the same manner that you or I do. And also, the reverse is true. We couldn't even attempt to speak their language because of the physical structures of our own oesophagus and throats, although none of these limitations on either species has stopped up from learning one another's languages!! Cool, eh? .. 👍

Yup, the oracles had magenta sabers and were more akin to Sith Sorcerers than front line combatants.

When did they encounter Malgus? He was thought dead from the False Emperor arc until he reappeared on Ossus.

I've played through the KotFE and KotET numerous times, but don't recall seeing Valkorion with a lightsaber... 6:01 the image you show here is Arcann swinging for Valkorion's neck with his saber immediately before Thexan Force Pulled Arcann away in the cinematic trailer "Sacrifice" ... (spoiler, I guess?) ... ... even when you take on the form of Valkorion in your character's mind, he doesn't have a lightsaber - all the powers you get to use are Force abilities. Is Valkorion with a yellow lightsaber - or, really, a lightsaber at all - in a novel/comic?

I recently replayed this expansion and noticed that in the very last fight against valkorion thexan carries a blue lightsaber in that fight. I really want to know if this was just a mistake by the devs or if that has a special meaning...

yellow is a mix of red and green, so it feels like a mix of someone who looks into not only the force, but their emotions

Ive noticed Darth Krovos also wields a yellow lightsaber. I wonder why she does. She's not a Jedi she's a Dark Council member but maybe it's because of her stance in the force and in the sith empire as a whole. She's progressive and will acknowledge accomplishments by non sith as well as sith. Maybe it's a trophy from a Jedi she killed. Anybody have any idea why Darth Krovos has a yellow lightsaber?

So basically, the Eternal Empire was the way things should be neither light nor dark. They study the force and share it no matter which way it leans. Sounds better than the Sith or Jedi.

I Always thoght the following Blue for jedi padawans and Knights (Aprentices and working jedi) Greeen for Masters (Masters and council members) Yellow for sentinels (Special opps and inteligence) White for grey jedi (Nor light or dark side jedi) Red for sith (darkside) and purple for badass motherf****ers. . . .

Honestly if The Eternal Empire wasn’t ruled by a maniac I’d join them.

Chinese imperial dynasties limited the use of the color yellow to the Emperor. Wearing yellow when you were not the Emperor invited waves of assassins. Tangentially, I loved the Eternal Empire stuff so much, the rest of Star Wars seems kind of blah lol.

So wouldnt that put Knights during the High Republic at olds since they used all colored lightsabers? The one who used yellow knew that in the past it was associated with God hood. For shame.

The Eternal Emperor was truly a Superior being , he didn't even bother with inferiors ( unless they could be used to suit his purposes . ) We should all strive to be more like Valkorian , but unfortunately for 99.9 % of you , you are too inferior to ever even dream of achieving his superiority over mortals .

Red = Anger Orange = Sorrow (because you rarely see orange, I think they're suicidal darksiders) Yellow = Love Green = Compassion Blue = Duty Purple = Jealousy

The purple lightsaber is bs,all bc Samuel Jackson wanted that color.
