I was stationed in Texas for a while when I was in the Army and I absolutely loved it and I have only met one person from Texas who I did not like everyone else I have met from there I have absolutely adored

I love my home state of Texas we retired & live in a 3 acres land in a very nice neighborhood just 2 hrs drive north of Houston it’s quite no traffic life is good ❤

We are not a US state but another nation like Germany, France or any other power in the world. We were annexed by the us and sold them some land in the 19th century but we control our own land, it is not filed at the bureau of land management in Washington.
