Why Ruben Amorim Is The Perfect Manager For Liverpool!
Спорт
Ruben Amorim is the perfect manager for Liverpool next season. Xabi Alonso will not be going to Liverpool but that is not a bad thing if Liverpool get their hands on Ruben Amorim. The Sporting Manager is world class. Why Amorim is the perfect manager for Liverpool.
Amorim has some similarities to Klopp.
How would Amorim lineup Liverpool. #Amorim #Klopp #liverpoolfc

Enjoying your content, but rather than upload live in 1 take. Try using OBS Studio on your pc to record your content at higher quality. You can still record it in 1-take and then immediately upload the video file if the content is time sensitive. You'll end up with a higher quality video without any drops. You can also do a retake if necessary.

Ruben would be a superb acquisition if it fits in with his career and life plans. Maybe Xabi would be one for the future. We may be LFC but we're certainly not in a position to dictate to other superb clubs that they have to release their manager when we come knocking. Many LFC fans need to be a bit more respectful and humble. It's an honour and a privilege to have access to your videos, Alice.

Don’t think Alonso will ever see the Liverpool job considering how little it becomes available. Liverpool have had 20 full time managers since 1892. He’ll probably end up at Bayern in a couple of years, then Real or Barca (I think his dad played for Barca?) since all those jobs come up fairly regularly in comparison. Maybe even jump straight to La Liga once he’s ready. There’s little chance then that there will be another time where Liverpool are looking for a manager and he’s looking for something new or is out of a job entirely. I wish him all the best getting into the elite manager conversation though and hope he does come back to Liverpool one day.

Hopefully Ruben comes to Liverpool, my first choice is Pep ( Liverpool‘s current assistant coach) . I’m quite sure Liverpool have done all their homework. They know of Klopp situation since he told the Board October/November 2023. The public of only known Klopp’s leaving since February 2024. I’m quite sure theatre Liverpool manager has already been chosen, but they can’t announce anything at the moment as a season has not finished. and the managers in question still have to do a job for their current club at the moment. Amorim has been my number one choice since Klopp announced he's leaving for the reasons you mentioned. Similar style, better suits our personnel. I think there'd be a transition period with Alonso and question marks over what he does with some players like Salah, Diaz, Trent, etc. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't disappointed that Alonso has decided to keep himself available for the Real Madrid job, but that'd go out the window if we landed Amorim.

ALICE!!AMAZING ANALYSIS - technically you are so knowledgeable united fan - YNWA
Alonso is waiting on madrid. Good break down as usual. Thank you.
I would have preferred Alonso simply because we LFC fans knows that he already loves the club and served us brilliantly, but Amorim would be a close second choice. I saw a dsta analysis done on about 6 potential LFC manager and their playing styles, including Alonso, and Amorim was most like Klopp in style in most metrics. Now I know we will never have another Klopp, and we shouldn't want to try and bring in a Klopp-clone, but Amorim could be a success whilst playing similar football to Klopp. The two do have their differences despite their shared qualities and I'd prefer a similar manager, style wise, as it means the players already here will not have to adapt that much to the new manager. Bringing starkly different managers to clubs in short timeframes can mess clubs up for a long time -- and Manchester United fans, as much as any one, should know this fact.
@paulthrossell7999

"he loves the club and served us brilliantly"??? lol. Were you even born back when he played at LFC or old enough to even watch it?? Alonso left Liverpool when LFC were on the verge of winning a title with Benitez and LFC fell apart after he chose to go to Madrid because hes Spanish and it was his dream. LFC fell apart and eventually got Benitez sacked and wonderful Hodgson was manager. So I dont get why LFC fans think this guy has LFC in his blood. HE DOES NOT. Yes he likes LFC, its probably his favourite English club, but if he loves LFC so much he would jump at the chance to be manager wouldnt he?? which he didnt. My god are all my fellow LFC fans this thick or what?? Thank god he will not be manager as he has almost no experience, has won nothing yet, and his style of play does not suit this squad, slow passing possession based like Pep is not what LFC need. LFC need a proper manager who has won things.

@@paulthrossell7999Thank you. The majority of the Liverpool fans have been delusional about Alonso. Some even went as far as claiming that his attachment to Liverpool was so strong that it would cause him to answer the call. That wasn't the case. Now, all of them are acting like Amorim is the their favourite. The available options aren't great. Every one of them have weaknesses. And what's with all the hate for De Zerbi? Klopp never won a game against him until yesterday, and Brighton were bypassing the FSG Liverpool press as if it was non-existent. Very few teams are able to do that.

Good one Alice from Durban, South Africa
I agree with you 100%!!! While I was excited about the possibility of Xabi coming to LFC at first, I cooled on the idea as time went on. While Xabi is indeed great, his managerial style would greatly change LFC, and I absolutely love the way they play now. Xabi's Spanish influence is evident: gain control of the first third; advance to the mid third and; overload to advance to the final third. I love Ruben's approach, which resembles our beloved Klopp. Plus, he's even younger than Xabi, and will hopefully be with us for the long haul. LFC was always destined to lose Xabi to Real Madrid in time, anyway. Love you Alice. You are the best of the best. Keep it up. Even though you're a United fan, YNWA. 👍😎💖
Great analysis 👍👍 Klopp's leaving is a huge loss for the club. I feel that no one out there can really match his man management and how he build rapport with players, fans and staff
fsg have made alot of good decisions so far since they took over lfc and there is no one I would trust more to over see the liverpool transition, than fsg. I t might take time it might be instant, but they will get it right eventually.
As a Liverpool supporter, my main concern is players who wanted to play for Alonzo may leave rather than play for an untested manager. But other than Alonzo that concern is the same for every potential new manager. It does sound like Amorim is the best next coach for all the reasons you discussed.
southgate! that sent a shudder down my spine
Let him alone! Is just fine where he is 💚🦁
Alice, based on your analysis, I would hire him tomorrow!
I love ure knowledge of football, its second to none ... And as a LFC fan i love that fact you secretly have a soft spot for liverpool
Inacio is a really good CB - strong in all areas except maybe aerial duels. Would work well in a back 3.
Very informative video. I know it kills you to say nice things about Liverpool 😁 I'm quite excited about Amorim. I've watched a few videos showing how he sets up Sporting. And a plus point which I haven't seen discussed is that he speaks English fluently. For those of who remember it, when Shankly retired, we were gutted. We didn't know Bob Paisley, I was just a kid but I'm sure the older fellas knew about him. But Bob took us to another level. Shanks will always be the father of the club. Same as Klopp. He was the instigator of our rebirth. Ruben can improve us. Pep isn't going to renew his contract. Citeh might well be relegated. Arteta will eventually leave for Barca. The league may become competitive again. Or Liverpool will dominate like they did in the 70's and 80's. I'm hoping for the latter!
Ecilia you are welcomed to be a Liverpool fan ok cuz I really see the love you have for our club
You are truly a breath of fresh air regarding your analysis and non partisan intelligence
Yes
Portguese Liverpool and Benfica fan here. Been saying it for a while, Sporting and Liverpool are incredibly similar, not just the manager but the whole working under budget and overachieving while picking up unknown starts and developping them. One remark though, Ruben Amorim plays with very open wingbacks, there's no way they are going to be Gravenberch or Mac Allister. Robertson/Tsimikas/Diaz probably on the left and Trent/Bradley on the right are the only correct choices. Robertson can also fill the LCB role as well as Sporting allows one of the CBs to go wide and build from the back sometimes, and Robertson's been doing that for Klopp as well sometimes.
That's a good lineup, too.
Best Liverpool channel after loz not bad for a Man Utd fan
I can see why many of my fellow Liverpool fans wanted Xabi Alonso to succeed Klopp when he moves on in the summer. Xabi was a successful player at Anfield, an integral member of Rafa Benitez's UEFA Champions League winning side in Istanbul, so he knows the club and its ethos inside and out. He knows the fan base and what we expect of the men wearing the Liver Bird crest on their chest. I would have loved to see Xabi too, but I feel that maybe the vacancy at Anfield has come to soon from his personal perspective. I remember that one of Xabi Alonso's most obvious character traits was his loyalty to the people employing him and his commitment to completing a project before moving on to the next career opportunity. While this speculation has been raging on as to whether or not he is THE man Liverpool are looking at to take over from Klopp, I always had the inkling that he feels his job at Leverkusen is not yet complete and that he rather fancies the prospect of staying at least another season where he is and leading Leverkusen in next season's Champions League with an eye to maybe succeeding Carlo Ancelotti at another of his former clubs, Real Madrid if he decides to move on to pastures new when his contract at the Santiago Bernabéu expires. And why would Alonso not want to do that job, with that budget and the chance to work with the standard of young talent they have been bringing in? Liverpool are, undoubtedly, one of the biggest clubs in the world, but like it or not, Real Madrid are the benchmark all other clubs are measured against. One thing is for sure, Alonso will not be going to manage Bayern Munich, no matter what Florian Plettenburg of Sky Deutschland claims he knows to be the case. That man's opinions on anything does more flip-flops from extreme to another than an Olympic gymnast does in a floor routine. Your analysis of Amorim is very interesting and certainly food for thought. Who knows if it is to be Ruben Amorim to be Klopp's successor? Only Ruben Amorim knows the answer to that one, but I certainly know that Michael Edwards and Richard Hughes are rumoured to be huge admirers, so it's watch this space.
If Alice says it then I believe it!
Alice you should know a manager of Klopp's caliber, like Fergie are irreplaceable. Testing times for Liverpool going forward.

You almost expected someone who's as grounded and down to earth as Alonso to stay at Leverkusen for another year or two 😕Will be interesting to see what Amorin is like. Very highly regarded in Portugal by all accounts for his adaptability, man management etc. Not sure about that 3-5-2 he plays though. Liverpool only have 2 decent centre backs (Van Dijk + Konate) and Konate is injured half the time and well as not being much of a ball player. Matip is crocked long term and Gomez isn't a 1st teamer.

As a Liverpool fan, I wouldn't wish Southgate on United. As much as I enjoy seeing them struggle sometimes, I do respect them as a team that has historically produced some of the best players in the world. They are a huge part of what makes the premier league what it is. Now, if Southgate took over City, I'd be fine with that.
