They didn’t retire any of them. The first F22’s up to the #42 just don’t have the amoeba camo finish. They had me use regular f15 paint on all of them just so they can fly where they are needed. Going through some special transitions 💪🏻 I agree with you 100% bro. They represent power all over the world. I promise what isn’t publicly known about the F22 would pump you up lol!

F-35 was built to be an interactive platform compared to the F-22. F-22 is all about performance and stealth; overwhelm your adversary with stealth, agility, and sniping. F-35 has decent to good enough performance with great stealth, but a supreme interactive platform.

And now that the production line is closed, we will have less and less deployable F-22s! For me, there is only one fighter plane that we can call the best and that has been proven time and time again and that is the F-15 Eagle! ✊🏻✊🏻

Unless it is an all out toe to toe fight with a world power and not a proxy war, I would not place my F-22s on the front line because it is over kill and the risk for exposing the technology further is greater on the front lines. The competition are missing only a few ingredients so it's best to keep it from them. As for the balloon jokes, you have to look a the leadership, good old sniffy Joe, Reagan would have dispatched the balloons before entering US air space. It has nothing to do with the F-22, that is just the frame they decided to use. They could have chosen an F-15 since it has the same unclassified service ceiling as the F-22. They probably could have used an F-16 but maybe not since the F-16 unclassified service ceiling is 50K, and the balloons were at 55K.

How advanced is the F-22? So advanced that after 20 years in service, it remains largely classified and sales of the aircraft even to our closest allies is still prohibited. Yes, technically the F-35 is far more advanced, but in a dog-fight scenario the F-22 is still the best fighter by far. Upgrading the remaining F-22s to be capable of joint operations with the F-35 would make for a formidable weapon for years to come.

That's the idea of an air superiority fighter. Something would have gone terribly wrong if the F-35 found itself in a dogfight. Its purpose is to be a force multiplier and hit the enemy before the enemy even knows it's being targeted. The nice thing about the F-35, is that they built it to be upgradable. Unfortunately, the avionics in the F-22 are a bit dated, and they didn't build the F-22 with upgradability in mind.

It sounds like you've either gotten your facts crossed up, or you're intentionally being ignorant to the details of how we're providing aid to Ukraine. F-22 raptor is one of the world's best. But saying "nothing" can kill it is over statement. It hasn't got into a combat with its rivals yet. So nobody really can say with certainty. J-20 & SU-57 are powerful stealth aircrafts with some powerful weapons onboard.

They are installing the f35 electronics and sensor suite in the f22. The f35 has never lost a dogfight in training against the world's best piolets. The USAF. You can never say never but it would be highly unlikely. Sensor technology sees targets so far beyond the realm of any ability to engage.

The problem that the US has is that Russia does not have to conform to DEI mandates. Russia simply employs the best people for the job. Something that the US is not allowed to do. There is a reason that Boeing aeroplanes keep crashing.

@@mikek5298 Well if you are mandated by the government to employ people that are not fit for the job simply because they are "diverse," then obviously you will have a devolution in the process of quality manufacturing. I cannot make my previous comment more simple than I already did.

Yea but Russia has like 10 su 35 and like 20 t14. They dont have the collective spirit to achieve anything. All they can do is come up with fancy prototypes. What good is it if you version is 10-20% better, but you have 90% less of it then your competetor (usa).
