@@apalahcokk one has the plot making the made-up ultimate attack happen just for a gag, and has Saitama under its control, somebody that's immune to all other powers, and laws of the verse. Meanwhile, Mr. Satan got lucky Buu’s a twisted goofy man-child, and thanks to having a daughter who was a superior version of Chichi, the Z Warriors had no problem helping him win. Also, he survived Cell sending him flying miles away, and landing on solid rock face-first, all because he's truly a superhuman, but without ki training, and being altered.

By sheer coincidence something out of kings control will indirectly hit his would be attacker, before the attack can connect to king. Basically lets say Saitama was walking home from the store and kicks a soda can at the sky as he didn't make it to a bargain sale. Said Can travel some 20 miles away and hits Satan hard in the back of the head knocking him out.

@@silentecho92able Same thing happens with Hercule: Accidentally dodging hits, getting pushed out of danger by an intended attack, taking more damage than he should and being fine, his scared fumbling conveniently dodging blasts from an attack that *tracked and exterminated all human life on earth besides him and the people on kami's lookout* . On top of that he won several legitimate world tournaments in a world filled with people like Ox King who can walk through tank fire, mercenary tao, general blue, bruce lee, jackie chan, etc. He is able to pull 3 school busses and performed vanishing when moving too fast to see before. The problem is that a threat from Tao intimidated him into never training again so he stopped using his actual martial art and instead started relying on dirty tricks. He is basically what King would be like with powers and facial hair

@@aerodynamiccow3597 I would agree except you forgot one thing in the Majin Buu arc. When he was living with Majin Buu for a time, Mr Satan got shot by a gun used by a normal human. An that did more damage to Mr Satan then Cell comedically smacking him hard towards a mountain. An Satan would have literally died if i weren't for Majin Buu healing him a saving his life. An this gun did more damage to him then what Cell did to him.

the way I see it going: the two get extremely terrified and ended up not fighting. Days later, everyone knows about how the great duel between the two strongest man in the world ended up in a tie (or everyone believing they decided not to fight because the colateral damage of their fight would be too much for the earth to handle) and everyone starts fearing the two even more since they are now considered equals to each other.

They'd stand there for some time facing off against each other without moving. The crowd would assume that they were performing mental chess to plan out every possible attack and counterattack. After they agree to a draw, the crowd goes wild believing that both fighters came to the conclusion that neither could win the fight and it would drag on through eternity.

King doesn't really bluff as his words get miscommunicated, so it'd probably be something more like. "I won't fight you. It's far too dangerous." and everyone just assumes it meant for the surrounding people even though King meant himself

The strongest fraud of today vs the strongest fraud in history.

How I see this if they actually did have a fight in a tournament they were signed up for everyone to watch. I just see both not moving, with King just staring with King’s engine beating, while Hercule just start saying bluffs and show some moves in hopes of intimidating King. These two would be afraid of one another after hearing their greatest “achievements” and fear for their lives. The audience would just see this as either they are waiting for their opponent next move, or they are moving so fast that reality isn’t processing their speed and strength. In the end a Red Ribbon Army android who has eaten a monster cell plans on killing these two during the tournament to be the world’s strongest. Only for both Saitama and Goku to show up in a huge dust cloud covering up the stadium killing this monster in one shot not noticing each other. Hercule and King see the dead corpse and assume the other killed it. The audience seeing this believe it is a tied and these two want to show how together they can protect the world from any threat. They cheer both of them on. With both King and Hercule walking up to one another shaking each other’s hand both relieved that they don’t have to fight. That how I see it would happen in canon.

I agree that on neutral Terms Hércule negs but if we factor in reputation, it wouldn't be a lie to say Satan just finds a way to dip by faking a pain or something. Edit:also depending on if you think King unwilling summon and meta luck counts as a Character power, the moment there's a threat to him the universe will just send in the Strongest being advaliable to his aid.

But Goku is much weaker (1,000 tons'ish) and he can't survive in space. Even if he could destroy the earth or heck the universe, that would be just a suicide attack (which is out of character for him)

King and Hurcule just standing around as things explode around them as Goku and Saitama fight faster then mortal eyes can see. Everyone just thinks the two are doing battle so fast that all you can see is them standing around after each instantaneous bout of combat.

I'd argue that the fight would go like this: Both fighters would hear the rumors about the other making them both extremely nervous. Upon meeting, Mr Satan begins bragging and declares King's doom. King engine activates. Mr Satan is reduced to a quivering mass and tries to pull a similar stunt as he did with Boo where he begs for king to pretend to lose for him. King, still very nervous, tries to accept but makes it sound like he won't accept defeat. Mr Satan, changing tactics begs for the appearance of a tie King agrees to this and Mr Satan explains to the camera crews that a battle between the 2 would threaten the very earth, so they've agreed to accept an amiable draw

The Chad: **King Engine** The other Chad: It’s all tricks and mirrors

I find it funny that people think Hercule would ever be afraid of King. Either he would consider King to be nothing more than smoke and mirrors which it really is. Or even if he thought King was that much stronger Hercule would still fight, the Buu arc is the best way to show this, as you can see Mr.Satan despite his fear solo Kid Buu, (who he had just seen kill everyone on Earth). So unless some insane luck just randomly happens, which I'm disregarding for the fight. Hercule gets that epic victory royale.

@rattled6732 It hasn't been confirmed as canon, more of a gag, and if we include character gags Hercule still wins as he was able to dodge buus attacks in a similar fashion. He wouldn't be like Kings other opponents, I think that he'd just bumrush him after a bit of intro and trash talk, even if he did think it was all true.

I haven't caught up to the OPM manga to read the part where King survives the cosmic radiation, but if his power is 'luck', it could simply be said (in the wacky logic if the OPM universe) that the cosmic rays luckily didn't hit him enough/in the right spots to cause long term harm. Now that's some major troll science, but if we're being honest, that's par for the course even in more serious 'superhero' comics

Everyone brings up King's quantifiable luck power, but I'd argue Satan has some kind of luck power as well given how much he's cheated death in his life, from being thrown into a mountain by Cell, to accidentally befriending Buu which helped him be one of the only survivors of an attack that literally killed everyone else on Earth.

I adore that King’s plot manipulation and luck is so powerful it affects the meta. My favorite are the polls that include genuinely broken and powerful characters submitting to the King’s Engine 🙌🏽

I think king genuinely has uncanny luck as a superpower, by definition, he wouldn't be aware of it or capable of controlling it though If there were an actual fight, theyd both try to avoid actual conflict and probably become friends

I think a battle between the two would start with Hercule calling King out as the strongest and demanding they fight for the title. King would try to avoid the confrontation, but accidentally walk into the arena Hercule had set up. Before they fight however, a third entity from either verse would appear in the sidelines and cause Hercule to suffer one of his patented Hercule Stomach aches, having him call off the fight. Fans witnessing it (and Hercule himself later) would say that the fighters sensed each other's sheer power and came to a silent acknowledgement of each other as equals without a single punch landing.

I'd imagine their "fight" would be a series of gags as Hercule tries to avoid fighting Demon Engine King by getting him into deadly scenarios (like giving him a game console that's a bomb) while King miraculous evades death multiple times, eventually culminating in the two getting worn out from their attempts at the "fight" until they both pass out.

Here’s how I see it. Using feats, Goku slams hard. Very very hard. Using statements and whats only been shown on screen, Saitama washes hard. Goku prefers to get his salad tossed to power up and gauge his opponent’s strength. Saitama doesn’t, he holds back which for some reason isn’t enough to not oneshot everyone in his verse

Have you not read the one punch man manga? He literally has a definitive scale of power when he fought Garou. He wasnt even solar system level when he first began fighting garou, so I dont see how it is even a "wash". 9:33 it's pretty simple actually, his sheer luck made every single particle move out of his way instead of hitting him, quantum mechanics can do that sort of thing, Its like John Constantine in DC, his luck sometimes is so great reality will just warp to fit his needs/desires. King is like that but not a douchebag like Constantine often is

max intimidation vs max persuasion

i think mr satan wouldn't be fooled by king, and would taunt him by saying "heh, ill let you have the first hit, you look terrified" king would then think "if i don't hit hard enough maybe ill be laughed off the arena" so he goes for a light tap on hercules shoulder. hercule suddenly gets a massive cramp in said shoulder due to working out, and screams out in pain begging for the pain to stop. hercule is reminded of goku and co, and immidiately comes up with an excuse to avoid fighting out of fear.

When in reality the fight would go something like "They're just standing there..... menacingly!!"

I like my head canon idea that King is a reality warper, OR he has insanely high levels of charisma and he’s just rolling nat 20’s like he’s in DnD, who doesn’t realize he is, and it really only kicks in when he’s in danger.

Radiation is somewhat random so maybe a super-lucker has some resistance to it.

It just occurred to me but isn’t how king is thought of in verse basically the same as people who think Saitama beats everyone in other verses think of Saitama. Also I know you don’t do many Dragon Ball videos, but I think Mr. Satan verses all other dragon ball characters during their first appearance would be a cool video. It would be cool to see how far he could go.

During the inevitable feast the night before King menacingly stares at Mr.Satan. From Kings raw aura of power Mr. Satan chokes while eating and dies.

Man, this is hilarious. I imagine it'd be like this: - King just stand there with his King Engine maximum output - Mr. Satan probably hears it and overthinks. He ofc will try to intimidate by bluffing his victories - King listens, petrified, but he still mumbles smt that somehow hits Satan's most insecure spot. - Then they both stand there sweating Meanwhile Saitama just goes on a restaurant with his coupon, just to see Goku having a feast. Only one bowl of ramen left and they agree to fight over it. king's power is basically luck. He would NOT get hurt, no matter what. No one, or nothing could hurt him, either because of his menacing appearance OR just luck, depends what happens. That's king's power in like a few sentences, or idk.

I imagine both of them making up some excuse but the public seeing it a stalemate because both of them are so strong

imagining an actual battle. kings engine and reputation would intimidate Mr Satan into making up an excuse as to why he has to leave(an emergency shit/stomach ache like he does in the bojack movie). so even if Mr Satan is more powerful King wins via battle field removal

King's Plot Manipulation is unstoppable

I think the biggest difference is how they are perceived by their enemies. For the most part, those Mr Satan has faced can see through his act and regard him as little more than an annoyance. Cell tossed him aside like a used Kleenex. On the other hand, King has saved the day just on the rumors alone. Even the Cadres psyched themselves into inaction for fear of what King might do to them.

I think honestly though King would intimidate Hercules, and win despite being weaker than his opponent.

Even with King's super intimidation, Hercule still stood up to Buu, and in the GT version of the timeline, he stood up to Great Ape Baby and Omege Shenron even taking a no nonsense Kick from Omega and got back up.

GT at this point really is just a fanfic that made it to tv.. Like, it has plenty of amazing moments but it feels more like a fan story than anything official. Same thing with Heroes. It just falls short of the spirit that Akira Toriyama gave the franchise.

Here is the thing, King has actual feats under his belt, he killed both Homeless Emperor and that lizard monster with intimidation alone, which is well beyond any intimidation that we've seen from Mr Satan, further expert heroes flat out refuse to believe King is a fake, King's intimidation and luck is just on a whole different level than Mr Satan's.

If Hercule had learned to use Ki like his daughter had he would have became like master Roshi

The one creature King didn't get credit for was Deep Sea King.

Dude Mr.Satan would do a huge speech then right before he lands a hit a capsule pod or a meteor or something would knock out Satan. King would leave or check on Mr.Satan and he wouldnt have a scratch but he would be knocked out.

Mr Satan is a WWF/WWE wrestler who is posing as a hero. King just wants to get home and play his Japanese Dating Sim game.

I think it depends on the setting. If its a tournament of any kind, I 100% believe that Hercule would take the win as his reputation being on the line would outweigh any level of intimidation or doubt King could create through his luck factor alone. However if the fight were to take place in a private location away from public eyes, I believe Hercule would actually just surrender to King and beg for mercy due to King's sheer intimidation. Location is what decides this fight.

TBH i really believe that so if in a tournament, but due to King Luck he would try to be honest and say something like " This is dangerous... let's not do it " refeering that this is to dangerous for himself and Hercule simply taking the oportunity to lie to the public and say that the battle would be to dangerous for the world or smt like that, everything for plot sake

Or kings luck would just defuse the situation, as it did when he took on a room full of assassins, or when he faced off against atomic samaria. Also, i can see mr satin totally taking the out without hesitation. It would also be hilarious.

Mr satan actually knows martial arts though thats how he at first was famous and was the strongest person in his city

Ngl i feel like we should have an arc where king just absorbs alot of radiation and becomes ridiculously strong pike Reigen did from getting mobs power now he can either keep the power or lose it just like Reigan

Jokes aside, Mr. Satan is borderline superhuman, able to survive a blow from Cell that sent him several meters away against a rock formation, a blow from kid Trunks that also sent him flying away and some strength feats like dragging buses or breaking several tiles. In the One Punch Man Universe he would be a solid B Class Hero, probably Fubuki's top enforcer.

Mr satan is also ridiculously lucky Hes the one character that literally never died in dbz And if i remember well in the one piece special episode with dragon ball and toriko he accidentally fell into the arena and somehow survived 3 super attacks clashing completely unharmed and won. He is plot armor personafied

I mean technically King is the one who solo beat Homeless Emperor, his intimidation skill is truly absurd.
