I've had this theory that the old gods were azeroths manifestation of the elements. And when Amon'thul ripped out y'shraaj, he ripped spirit with it, which fits the titan tendency to "leave out" bits of a story. Also, it's a bit of lore that has never been explained. The first time I heard about aman'thul ripping out eaonars tree that she planted (I forget the exact name sorry) does it not sound like the exact same thing that happened to Y'saraj? Almost so similar that perhaps the titans lied about ripping out y'saraj and it was actually the tree being torn out that caused the well of eternity? I feel like the two stories are far to similar to be a coincidence

MOP is great. Its just the limited Panda race customizations is a bit stale. Like how most Panda NPCs looking the same. All races should have "atleast" 2-3 body types(ex: short, tall, heavy, skinny, muscular, old, young, etc..). Reasons to evolve the game.

I think that the Old Gods can burrow deep into the Azeroth, and Y’Sharaj was effectively digging their feet in figuratively and their ego led them to believe they could go toe to tentacle with Amun Thul, and was quickly curb stomped.

Mrrglrlrnight would be a banger of an expansion ngl. We want Murloc expansion!

This theory is immediately pulled apart by the fact that every other old god we’ve defeated couldn’t move the way N’zoth did, having been physically embedded into the facilities they were imprisoned within. N’zoth’s prison was kept deep below the surface of the ocean, meaning that the only reason why he could escape so quickly was because there was no physical limitations in terms of building or earth. The other reason why we know that the Old Gods have been deep within the earth, say, entrenched like a certain old god who got yanked out, is the amount of old god blood that has seeped into the core of Azeroth’s subterranean areas that Xal’atath is interested in harvesting. Secondly, we know the Void does seek to corrupt Azeroth because we’ve witnessed first hand every shadowy minions of their forces directly attack infrastructure relating to Azeroth’s core, as far back as the facilities within Scholazar’s Basin and as recent as the Chamber of the Heart. Just because the Titans’ are willing to lie doesn’t mean they lied about everything. Most good lies come from half truths.

Titan facilities are not inherently part of azeroth's core. You're working under the assumption that the Titans are helping and aren't just as selfish and self-serving as literally every other power.

Nah. It was the Aqir first, and after they were divided during the troll wars evolved into the the Mantid in the south, Nerubians in the north, and Qiraji in the west. Silithid were just mindless drones created by C'thun.

Blizzard is trying to make content that gives all players snaps of relevant lore so they're as prepared as possible to understand the upcoming Worldsoul Saga's narrative. I don't know how effective it will be but the intention is clear.

I wanna know how deathwing was not aware of the locations in war within. I mean he was the aspect of earth goddamit. and you wanna tell me that he had no idea about the underground crystal and civilizations? was it somehow restricted from deathwing's knowledge? did cataclysm not affect the locations there? and Iridikron oooooh boy i wanna know how iridikron plays out in all of this.

I figure there doing mop remix as a way of stopping classic. We know classic is up to cata now, maybe they'll start doing remixes in order to finally end the need to keep rereleasing content.

It's actually the other way around. Humans look like Titans because they are descended from Vrykul who were Titan creations. Why they decided to make them just like them who knows.

Ive played since LK but pandaria drove me to take a break, never liked pandaria

MoP is my least favorite expansion of all of them. I only played MoP for about about 4 months out of the entire exp.
