Santiago says the provision violated two principles of constitutional law against vagueness and over breadth.
She also says the Court mistakenly treated the Internet as another form of traditional media.

Hernani That's why she wanted the SC to first fully understand the "dynamics" of the internet (specially social media like Facebook) since the way people use it is not the same as traditional media like Radio or Print. With your question, it's more of an "unauthorized access of personal information or resource (hacking)" rather than libel. Correct me if I'm wrong, this is just my smart opinion, I am no lawyer.

Thumbs UP! Miriam. The people's basic human right is curtailed if they gag us voicing, speaking online. The SC shoulf focus more attention on online sex trading (online sex shops)especially on kids. They should watch out and punish for operators and perpetrators.

@@edcaspe5785 do you think all the Justice's of the Supreme Court are topnotcher of bar exam? And she explain why she merely got 70% in the bar. Do you think when you top the bar you will excell in real job? Bakit si enrile topnotcher nga siya mag nanakaw naman.
