Empty words, dead promises. Until we take direct control of our courts through the jury system we'll never have due process under rule of law.

I emphasized this topic to my students.

That's why the supreme court wouldn't determine the defendant's guilt or innocence in a criminal matter (even if proven) if the allegation against him doesn't stipulate the proven crime offense.

Also lies, all lies. Empty words. and dead promises strangled in the cradle. If we're ever to pick up the struggle to establish rule of law and American due process we must force out the ABA with juries. It is they alone who must decide in all matters civil snd criminal. No American Bar Association member has any status as an officer of our reclaimed courts except pro se. We must not deny them this right as they've denied us ours. It's a long, treacherously difficult task we face, but together we'll secure the blessings of liberty for ourselves and our posterity.
