Why Mike Chang left Sixpackshortcuts

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

I've been planning for 4 years on letting people know why I left Sixpackshortcuts. Why that long? Bc, to be honest, I didn't know how to explain it in a way that would make sense for people. I know ultimately, it doesn't matter whether people understand me or not, but I still wanted to share something that could serve as a VERY VALUABLE INSIGHT into someone's life. In short, it was one of the MOST IMPACTFUL DECISIONS I've made in my life and I'm grateful every day that I did.
What did I lose from that decision? Everything in my life. What did I gain in return? Happiness and a NEW WAY TO LIVE. If I had to make the decision again, I would do it in a heartbeat.

@@MikeChangTraining you have had a satori moment. I felt the same thing exactly about a year and a half ago. The best description I have of it is like wearing a glove inside out. You remind me of Sadhguru & as a Sikh, I believe you have become one with everything. Once we identify ourselves with the oneness of the universe, we will not identify with our individuality. I personally have had illnesses that can’t be diagnosed & had to detach from myself to detach from the illnesses. I had like vibrations & twitches in the back of my eyes for a year. I read Jiddoo krishnamoorthy , heard Sadhguru & practiced Sikhism to the best of my ability. Exactly 6 months later, all the buzzing stopped, now when I get a little twitch here & there, I’m reminded to not identify with me. You remind me of my story.( too Long to narrate) 🙏🏼 bless us all ✌🏼

I remember when I was over 330lbs (I am only 5'10"), I didn't have a clue about what I needed to do to get in shape and was not comfortable going to the gym. I bought dumbells and a bench, followed his workout plans daily which gave me the foundation. Since 2017 I am 169 lbs, best shape of life ( except for some loose skin around my abs which I may need to have surgery for). Before finding Sixpack shortcuts I was pre diabetic, severely obese, with a multitude of other health concerns, now only issue is some minor knee pain from years of extra weight. Thank you Mr. Chang

I Rarely comment but I remember you mike chang!! From your old channel. When I was a teenager and started to train and I watched your vids probably 7-10 years ago. Im 31 now and im not training anymore.. Life hit me and it hit me hard. Back pain already like an old man, stress, depression and anxiety and some more. Im one of those that understands what you mean in this video and im so glad I found you again and this is so strange, I needed help to train as a young asian teenager cus we need some extra build lol, now I need help with my energy chakras, my lower back pain I been having for 10~ years now and im just 31 but my body and mind you could say feels kinda broken. I done some research on this topic since a few years back. Cus of my back pain had ichias at first.Theres definitely something not just physical but emotional aswell that affects our bodies. The world is bigger than we think.. Our body cells can ”feel” good and to a certain type of music which in turn can make you live maybe longer. Thats pretty crazy. My energy gets drained when im in public or around people and I get the feeling I wanna get as far away to go home recharge and feel good. I wasnt like this at all before.. might be the drugs from the doc, the childhood and adulthood trauma or the ego lifting at 20 trying to be bigger but just fu*ked myself who knows. Will cut this shorter. I subscribed and I wish everyone well really. I hope y’all find whatever mike is talking about cus I will try to find it aswell, I need it. For my 1yo daughter and wife. Will watch all your vids mike and see what you been doing nice to see a familiar face 😁👍🏼

(I started working out because I was at the bottom of the totem pole in my grade) Powerlifting became a thing at my high school sophomore year and I won a good amount of medals from then until Junior year. May of my Junior year (COVID had been a thing by this point) I had this extreme moment of happiness and I no longer wanted to chase after fitness the way I had been. I still do enjoy fitness but just a different type. Calisthenics, plyometrics, isometrics (primarily bodyweight), and free flowing movements. The part that sucks for me is I have to stick out my senior year of powerlifting instead of doing what I truly want to do. Only about 2 months left of powerlifting though, I’m so ready to be done. Glad to see you’re happy with life.

Many channels on KZread are all about spiritual awakenings and they helps millions realise they’re not going insane and that it’s actually something people do through. It is very hard to explain but you gotta spread the word and help others as well as explain to people who may have once labelled you as a certain type of person that there is a reason as to why you are who you are now.

Hi, this is amazing.. :) thank you for making me happier already (had a really shitty day and bad encounter with manager, and you just by saying that there is possibility to just let it go, immediately lifted such weight of my chest). I just discovered your chanal yesterday while browsing exercise videos, done your morning routine (was afternoon for me) such a great thing, my body felt so good and my energy lifted up :) Thank you so much for sharing and looking forward to seeing more videos :)

Brother i literally just clicked on this video by accident after watching your 7min morning routine.. I've seen things about SixPackShortcus in the past and your name sound familiar This was an unexpected bliss. What you talk about in this video is a wonderful thing that i have been working towards and trying to pinpoint for a couple years now. I appreciate you sharing your experience with us and talking a bit about your perspective on it, it has opened my mind to new possibilities and new ways to interpret my experiences! I know a lot of people judge this type of concept because it is heavily associated with drugs, but i just wanted to say, great job man! I am truly thankful that i accidentally watched this video and i also believe it was not really an accident lol. Stay growing Mike! I don't know you but hope the best for you!

Sounds like Mike Chang met Joe Rogan and they did some DMT and psilocybin together. For real though, this is beautiful stuff Mike. Glad you're becoming the man you're meant to be. Continuous becoming, brother.
