Rockstar needs to release a new Midnight Club game. These games are definitely for guys that appreciate cars.

Don't be an idiot. If Rockstar released a new Midnight Club, it would have five cars and two tracks. If you wanted more, you could buy cars at $20/car, or tracks at $50/track. Just let Midnight Club rest in piece while we still can remember it as something other than microtransaction filled garbage.

Development for Midnight club LA Rockstar was rumored of pushing their employees to hard to meet deadlines. Which is why we havent see a new Midnight Club since 2008. I dont see Rockstar making a new midnight club game since they are still milking the shit out of GTAO and completely abandoning RDR and RDO

There have been rides that would be awesome to be pimped out, as well as some old-school ones that the games of those days missed, e.g., the Jeep Wagoneer/Grand Wagoneer (both the old-school, as well as the new-school, versions of those vehicles), almost anything from TVR, the Equus Bass 770, the Equus Throwback, the Callaway/Chevrolet C4 Sledgehammer Corvette (it held a speed record until around the time that these games were released, and that was from a car that was from the 1980s), the Pontiac Tojan, the Fox Body Ford Mustang/Second Generation (USA/Canada) Mercury Capri, the 1960s Chevrolet Bel Air, the 1969 Chevrolet Biscayne, the entire First Generation NOVA nomenclature (Chevrolet Nova, Pontiac (Canada) Acadian/Acadian, Pontiac Ventura, the First Generation Pontiac Phoenix, the Buick Apollo, and the First Generation Oldsmobile Omega), the Oldsmobile Vista Cruiser (which was such an underrated, understated, and underestimated ride in Driver: San Francisco), the International Harvester Travelall, the Ford Excursion, the Cadillac Escalade ESV/GMC Yukon XL/Chevrolet Suburban, the 1970s to early 1990s Chevrolet/GMC Suburban, the Dodge Challenger Hellcat Demon, the Trans Am Worldwide Trans Am (think of a modern Chevrolet Camaro, but with Pontiac cues, and a bit more power than most Chevrolet Camaro models), the Hennessey Exorcist, the Hennessey Resurrection, the Chevrolet Yenko/SC Stage II Camaro, the 2019 Chevrolet eCOPO Camaro, I honestly could go on and on with vehicles that would fit into a new game in the series.

This game Burnout 3 and Most Wanted were my childhood when it came to racing games. Your enthusiasm really resonated with me, this was a truly great game. I actually have bought it three times over the years. The first was a gift and the second one I bought a couple of years later because as a kid I scratched the first disk. The third time I bought it was about 10 years ago, from PSN on PS3. This game deserved it. In 2019 I 100% the storyline for the first time on my original PS2. I can't describe the feelings I felt that day. A dream of a young me came true.

People never talk about how amazing online was in this game. Anybody that's heard of the real midnight club will know it was all about motorway racing. There was a motorway went round the entire map in this game, n online anybody that was big into the game wouldn't drive around the city or do events, they would head straight to the motorway. Ya would drive around for couple mins on you're own until ya came across another player driving up ahead. Then use would have a 200+mph motorway race through traffic etc just like the real midnight club. Most people didn't use mics back then so use would communicate and start race's by flashing the headlights, gave it an extra real feel tho cause in real life you don't chat with the other driver.. use flash lights then race lol Also one of the first games that let online players customise cars to that extent.

There is a very specific feeling which is exclusive to this game. You're down to a final club race which you've been grinding for hours because of how insanely hard it is. The race starts. You're blasting off at blinding speeds, drifting around highways, not knowing what was coming around the corner, and not caring either. Because you just need to finish the race. The exhiliration of needing to go faster because the other racers are right on your tail, no matter what you do. Even though you know the race layout like the back of your hand, you're hyper-focused because the map has no boundries; one misplaced turned and it's all over. Finally, after manuvering winding roads, slippery opponents, and a swarm of oncoming traffic, you see the red blip on your mini map. There it is. The red flare. You go through. The controller drops. You slunk back as the post-race stats roll in. The adrenaline runs thtough your veins like it'll never stop. After every thing is done, you just want to cruise around and bask in your victory. Yeah, it's a really specific feeling only those who've played the game can understand.

Loved this game when I was a kid. Reminded me of the PC game Midtown Madness from the late '90s (I believe both games came out of the same studio). In addition to all the campaign races, the game had race builder where you could set up custom checkpoints around town. You could even put your checkpoints up on the el tracks in one of the cities. The bots had no idea how to get up there, but it was a blast doing laps around the tracks whilst dodging trains and trying not to fall off. This was my go-to game to play with my friends who didn't like racing games, too, because it was fun just to go into a splitscreen free roam and screw around in this game. The game also had absolutely stunning visuals. It was just an all-around winner. Tried to play the sequel to this (Midnight Club: Los Angeles) on the PS3 a couple years ago, and it kind of fell flat for me. Not sure if it's because I'm older now and don't really play videogames much anymore, or because it didn't have splitscreen, but it just didn't do much for me. I stopped playing it after just a few days.

I love the fact that almost everyone who has played this game appreciates it a lot, including me. Midnight Club 3 lit my car enthusiasm as a child, and I still dream of owning some of the cars in the game with the modifications I did to them many years ago

NFSU2, Burnout 3 and Midnight Club 3 Dub Edition were the big players of the golde age of arcade racers, you had the batshit insane Burnout 3: Takedown, with its fast as fuck speeds and banging soundtrack and awesome car crashes, to the more grounded Underground 2, with its absolute insane customization and perfomance settings and Midnight Club 3 was the perfect mix of both Burnout 3 and NFSU2, it was crazy with its abilities but you could also tweak your cars to your liking.

When games are so good that you buy the old console and games again to play them over a decade later, AND HOLD UP WELL, they're good. My childhood was filled with NBA 2K, NFS, MC3, and eventually Forza series. I had got a ps2 and MC3 DUB Edition Remix, NFS: Carbon, and the original FlatOut a couple years ago. I even have several Xbox 360 and original Xbox games on my Xbox One now: Star Wars Battlefront 2, GTA 4, Skate 3, recently FO:NV, The Orange Box for HL:2, MX vs. ATV Untamed, Peggle, Bejeweled 2 and 3, and even Star Wars Republic Commando. I wish my entire childhood gaming library was ported to the MS Store so I could try to buy all of them.

Spent hours on this game as a teen. Funny cuz I let my friend at school borrow 50 Cent the Massacre CD and in exchange he let me borrow this game lol played this bitch as much as I could until he wanted it back. Good Fuckin times. Definitely in my top 5 games of all time, not just how good the game was just off nostalgia. Good review 💪🏽

This game was my childhood, me and my older brother played the living hell out of this game but it was so much fun. This game is the reason why I am saving up to buy a Manual Infiniti G35 Coupe and for my taste in cars in general. Also the soundtrack is what got me into the music I know and love today, although it is tragic knowing what Birdman was doing to Lil Wayne behind the scenes.
