I'd say predatory people will take advantage and men on average are more predatory than women. There's plenty of life examples where people could have taken from you but instead gave...those examples are normally women though.

The key is to honor your feelings. When a man tests you or does something you don’t like don’t be afraid to be upset, speak up for yourself then distance yourself. Men are going to do and say things that you don’t like. The problem is that typically when women like men they give them passes on their bullshit. Don’t give them any passes. Put them in check every chance you get. Don’t make anything easy for them. No matter how much you like them make them work for your affection and prove themself to you. Only accept them back and become warm towards them after a sincere apology and changed behavior.

I think it would be helpful if you could provide more detailed guidance and examples of how women are to manage and express anger in a variety of contexts and scenarios. Women have been taught to internalize certain emotions and making it hard to process these concepts

Hi there, He does explain this but in his other videos. He states through meditating we can balance our emotions. So instead of acting on impulse or saying something in the heat of the moment. Take a step back, take a few breaths and begin meditating. Honestly, one should meditate every night. It does help. I have done this before, without even knowing really much about it in terms of relationships and it helps with staying completely calm. Sometimes it helps with the mysterious side too. More often than not, when my past partners wanted to always call or chat with me, I’d always tell them I’m busy, because I REALLY was busy. I never told them why but I was meditating. I learned to do this by going to a retreat a few years ago and did this well before even dating. Believe me it helps a lot.

Just express yourself. As long as you are respectful with how you express your anger, then why can't it be expressed? Don't hold it in. It's when we hold it in then let it boil over and manifest itself into pettiness and drama is when anger becomes a problem. Happily married 10 years!

That only works on unhealthy insecure and avoidant attachment, and trust me, you dont want a guy who has and insecure or avoidant attachment. Guys and girls who have secure attachment wont tolerate this kind of actions, cause their self esteem is sane, and they know what they deserve. Guys who feels the girl they likes theyre being too "cocky when showing real affection is cause they have a trauma bond, and they feel scare cause at the end they unconsciously think they dont deserve that love. Yep, go and study a little of psychology please.

Ladies, you wanna be happy and be with a man who completely adores you? Pick the man you can be a total dork with and who LOVES you for it. Better yet, be with a guy whom you can have farts (even smelly ones) and who would laugh and love you more. I tried out all these manipulative tactics and in the end only attracted men who were also emotional fuckwiths . And then i decided to love myself and let a man love the real me, and got married within 9 months. Still happily married. And i realise how i would have never been happy with those assholes i'd played games with

Our great grandparents went through the Great Depression and were emotionally disconnected and had to focus mostly on survival. They birthed the Boomers (the Me Generation), and they were emotionally disconnected from their kids and invalidated a lot of them, and a lot of us have trouble with trusting people and being vulnerable and close to each other. And now a lot of us are living out generational trauma and attachment wounds.

It doesn’t always work like this that I would have to say “I don’t know where this is going” and “one day it will end”. I think the best advice would be to be authentic and in order to become authentic we need to work on our healing and on our character. And I haven’t even mentioned spirituality and God. Cause God is actually real and has a specific plan for our lives..so He also has a chosen spouse! ..but I agree with a healthy anger part you mention! That speaks to me..have to be truthful and have to push each other towards growth too.

But - in a different video Alex was going over the art of simply being still, waiting for the right moment, making eye contact, fallowed by a slight gesture. I use that move at bars, night settings ect.. as a woman who loves to talk and has high energy, I get my point across and the attention + respect I want from men during outings. Kinda ironic these single men giving relationship advice. Like what do you even about healthy long term relationship if you didn’t have one.

@@MindfulAttraction2.0whatever helps you sleep at night sweetheart. I’m not trying to end up single for a lifetime. It’s just ironic how there is a solid relationship you have obtained to give an example from is what I was referring to. But it is what it is. Sending you love.

I’ve built and increased my credit score with just one simple move. I recommend to my peers that they do the same. My advice was thorough, as it inevitably works; but since doing so, my credit score has fallen. Why? Bc of my instability in other areas of life. Therefore as a result of dating experiences Alex has ground to speak. He didn’t title the video ‘HOW TO GET MARRIED TOMORROW’ 😅😊
