I have never understood why Indians care so much about Tibetans... 1. Tibetans are richer than Indians and their living conditions are much better than Indians. (Per capita GDP is US$8,000, more than three times that of India) 2. When the Chinese central government administered Tibet, India did not exist yet. (1750, the first minister in Tibet) 3. What does the border issue between China and the UK have to do with Indians?

In 1914, China, Britain, and representatives from Tibetan regions in China convened at the Simla Conference in British India. In a secret exchange of documents between Britain and the Tibetan local government, it was agreed that if Britain supported Tibet's successful independence, Tibet would cede the areas south of the McMahon Line to British India. The Chinese government did not recognize this secret treaty. As Britain did not facilitate Tibetan independence, they adhered to the agreements made at the Simla Conference with the Tibetan local government and did not occupy the areas south of the McMahon Line. Until February 1951, the border between China's Tibet and British India lay at the foothills of the Himalayas and the plains of Assam. After the British retreat, India inherited their privileges and stationed troops in Tibet. On February 2, 1951, taking advantage of China's military engagement in the Korean War, Indian forces occupied the Tawang region under the jurisdiction of the Tibetan local government. Subsequently, they occupied the entire area south of the McMahon Line. Note that at that time, the areas south of the McMahon Line, including Tawang, were under the governance of the Dalai Lama.

Now you understand why there’s such high supporting rate for the Chinese Communist party - for the average people they don’t care of the politics (commie or whatever) as far as their government is constantly improving their living standards. The purpose of a democracy is to allow people to find a right candidate to represent the majority interests of the people - the key emphasis is not “voting” itself but how to representing the people’s interests. The Chinese CPC seems so far has found its winning concept of implementing grassroots “democracy” through its 90millions representatives who are constantly identifying the people’s interests. That’s why people in China don’t need to wait every 4 years election time to see things moving or resolved. Meanwhile many so called democratic countries are focusing on voting but failed to represent people’s interests.

It's funny that you say Tibetans and Uyghurs from Xinjiang can't go out of their province to travel or work. Through vlogs uploaded by Tibetans and Uyghurs on KZread ore re-posted by others, it can be seen they have been living in places like Beijing, Shanghai and travel all across China if they have the financial means to do so. The only thing is from my understanding, because their ID show they are not native to the province they are working, they may not enjoy the privileges of the locals in that province. You can search for such youtube posts by a few Tibetans and Uyghurs. Tibet was free to roam at some point in the past but because there were so much western interferences, the Govt made it restrictive for foreigners like us to go there. So the restrictions are more for foreigners than to Tibetans.

Is it possible that Xinjiang and Tibet are too far from the mainland? In fact, many people in Xinjiang, especially in northern Xinjiang, go out to study, study and find jobs. The southern region has inconvenient transportation and is far from the mainland. And you may not know that Kashgar is as far from Shanghai as it is from Moscow. A distance of 5,000km is required, and the most frequent places they visit in Xinjiang and Tibet are cities such as Chengdu and Xining. Many urban primary and secondary schools have Xinjiang classes, enrolling students from the Xinjiang region.

On Tibetan terms བལ་པོ། ( balpo)means - Nepali and རྒྱ་གར། ( jagar) means - India …… You know in Tibet most of the Tibetan people know and have little bit knowledge about India and Nepal, not because of the neighbouring country, but because of the relationship with India since , 7th century and also influences of Buddhism in India, They consider as India is Guru and and they called India name as even now ༼ རྒྱ་གར་འཕགས་པའི་ཡུལ། ༽ means, the place only birth place of extraordinary people like Buddha and buddhasativa etc. But they are confuse between about the people of India and Nepali, because its much similarly outside figure and also culture.

In the past, there were only countless tribes here, which were forcibly tied together by British colonizers and called India. For some of those unrespectful Indians say love Tibet without putting our country name China, definitely no thank you, as half Tibetan, if using similar logic to say we love Sikkim and India from Tibet province, China. Will that make Indians feel respected? We Chinese doesn't matter which ethnic group, we love our own country. If you respect us, you are greatly welcome to visiting China and we would definitely treat any foreign tourists nicely, but if you keep insulting us vobally by supporting separatism of our country pls don't come to visit China, we don't like to deal with ppl don't respect us. I personally been to many countries met lots of ppl have to expalining the truths with them especially westerners, but I do think Indians are different from those notorious double standards hypocrisy Westerners, most Chinese think Indians are full of widsom and friendly due to our thousand year friendship btw China and India, so I have higher expectations for Indian ppl than Westerners, so please respect us and that's how you win our respect. Friendship should flourish again btw our two nations just like before, respect each other is the first step.

Tibetan culture is based on Buddhism where over multiple centuries Indian monks selflessly came to Tibet to teach Buddhism and spent their last years in tibet. Indians are like a cultural elder brother to Tibetans. And Tibetans refer to India as Aryabhoomi “Land of Nobles”. If you just look at the core syllabus(five great treatises) that Tibetans monks study in their monasteries, all those texts are composed by Indian monks, which have been translated and preserved in Tibetan since medieval period. It’s the wish of every Tibetans to make pilgrimage to India, before they die. This really burns Chinese with jealousy, that’s why their main aim is to control Tibetan Buddhism and language in Tibet, without which Tibetans will always be loyal to Indian rather than China. This is why they prevent Tibetans from Tibet to go to India. The five great treatises are: 1. Mulamadhyamakakarika by Nagarjuna. 2. Abhisamayaalankara by Maitreya 3. Abhidharmakosha by Vasubandhu 4. Pramanavartika by Dharmakirti 5. Vinayasutra by Gunaprabha.

You make it sound that Tibetans are discriminated in other parts of China and not allowed to learn Tibetan. What is wrong with Tibetan kids learning Mandarin eh? If they want to work in big cities like Shanghai and compete with the rest of Chinese (Hans and other minorities) in the whole of China, they must read and write Mandarin the main language of the country. Same with other ethnic minorities in China so why pick on Tibet, dude? No one is stopping them in speaking Tibetans in the first place. You don't know what real discrimination is. Discrimination is when minorities has to subsidise the majority. When jobs are meant for people even with lower qualifications. In China, if you are a minority or are from very poor background, you are given brownie points to enter universities.

Teaching mandarin is not problem but making mandarin mandatory in Tibetan school is problem telling Tibetan children to not follow their religion in closed boarding school is problem. And not letting Tibetan children learn their mother tongue is problem. China is not teaching Tibetan children mandarin to give opportunities to get good job or compete for position it’s simply to eradicate Tibetan speaking (mother tongue ) from the Tibetan children. And You china ccp spy commenting On this blog trying to look good like china is doing good to Tibetan people is whole another level of joke. but world knows the truth what china is doing in Tibet.
