One thing that surprises me about China is that they always make sure that the cities look clean and beautiful, and focuses on development and infrastructure. Had it been in India, there would have been not so much development. Only in this point they never fail to impress me.

In China, small cities are also very clean. Just because a big city is more developed doesn't mean it's cleaner. Cleanliness depends on the geographical environment, the quality of the people, and government management. In China, there are many small places that are cleaner than big cities.

It warms my heart to see how much they have achieved in Tibet in a mere span of 2 generations. Tibet in the 50's is the Middle Ages, a feudal society. They are on the brink of extinction because too many men become monks they numbered only 1 million. Now there are 8 million Tibetans spread over TAR, Sichuan, Qinghai, and Yunnan. They build infrastructure, roads, electricity, and housing but most important of all is education with 15 years of compulsory education with free room and board. Thanks for showing it for the world to see. See how green is Lhasa it was a barren moon-like landscape before. They even manage to grow vegetables and fruits now. Still heavily subsidize province though

Tibetan population originally had 6 million spread out in areas of U-tsang, Kham, and Amdo which would be the10th largest nation with 2.5 million square kilometers of land, not what the Chinese government designated the "Tibet Autonomous Region." Tibet during the 20th century had a clergy controlled government and remained isolationist. Saying Tibet was solely slave based society is a form of revisionist history that many colonial powers use to justify illegal take over of population like the West had been committing. The 13th Dalai Lama during the 20th century outlawed capital punishment before numerous "modern" nations. Tibetan people inside Tibet today has been escaping and telling their horror stories of religious crackdown, cruel and unusual punishment. Infrastructure and material development does not grant the CCP(china communist party) authority to take over a sovereign nation, if that were the case, the British turned Hong Kong into an economical hub from being a remote fishing village, but the CCP protested that it did not matter. Chinese professor Hon Shiang-Lau corroborates with sources approved in China that imperial China never had Tibet to be its parts.

Chinese government before brutally taking over Tibet talked about Tibetans being the master of their own lands. Today, the Lhasa market places you see are owned 80% by Han Chinese. Tibetan graduates of high school and university cannot find work despite meeting qualifications. Despite finally having an ethnic Tibetan sit on the leadership chair, he answers and is controlled by a party secretary that is Han.

The McMahon Line was first drafted in 1913, and the treaty to ratify them (Simla Accords) was never signed by the Republic Of China(ROC) who had just overthrown the Qing dynasty. There was no such thing as the McMahon Line in 1890, and China isn't disputing where the Line was drawn, she's disputing the validity of the Line in its entirety. The primary Indian claim is that the ROC did sign the Simla Accords because a British official called Olaf Caroe fabricated a narrative in 1938 where the ROC signed the Simla Accords (they didn't) and ceded parts of Tibet to the Raj. In 1963 a British diplomat compared a pre-1938 treaties compendium with the post-Caroe compendium and found that Caroe had changed the note on the ROC's not signing the Simla Accords into one where the ROC signed it and considers the Indo-Tibetan border finalised. Nehru picked up a copy of Caroe's fabricated compendium so he got the impression that his country was legally entitled to more than she actually was. Compounding this was the US' decision to add fuel to the flames by declaring the McMahon Line as the legitimate boundary in an attempt to contain the spread of communism, despite reservations from the US State Department and protests from the fiercely non-communist Chiang Kai-Shek, leader of the ROC. However, we all know Nehru irreversibly altered his country's relations with China in 1962, so by 1963, when the fabrication was discovered, it was already too late to stem the tide of Indian nationalism based on the false compendium entry. And that leaves us with the situation today, in the aftermath of a British attempt to de jure carve out a piece of Chinese territory which failed but had some success de facto, then a British fabrication of her failed attempt to carve out Chinese territory, then an Indian acceptance of the British fabrication alongside American endorsement, and a Chinese refusal to accept the fabrication as anything remotely legal. Some Indians recognise that they don't actually have a legal claim to South Tibet, so they've begun using a different claim in that the people living in South Tibet want to be part of India more than China; in essence, a claim based on the principle of self-determination. This is India's secondary claim. However, as history has shown time and time again (Catalonia, Confederate States, Taiwan, Corsica, Chechnya, Tibet, Naxalites), without the permission of the larger body, a smaller section of the population will not be allowed to separate from its original country regardless of what they want. A much more detailed account of the McMahon Line and its history is available here, written by Peter Lee who, contrary to impressions given by his surname, is not at all Chinese.

India tried to paint itself as a "peaceful" country but in actual fact, is the real threat to humanity. India spends money on expansionism, but not on environments. The betray triggered huge anger of LTTE so it assassinated its Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi in 1991 ---Annexed Dooars from Bhutan in 2006; ---Annexed Moreh from Myanmar in 2013; ---2nd time invaded Bhutan but failed in 2017 due to international pressure; ---Tried to invade Maldives in 2018; ---Invaded Nepal and one of its soldiers was shot dead by Nepal Security force in Jun of 2020 ---Keeps nibbling lands from China Tibet and Kashmir that led to a war in 1962 and border conflicts with China till today; ---Keeps nibbling lands from Pakistan Kashmir that led to daily border wars and gun fights --- At least 14 tribal civilians and one security personnel were mistakenly killed when Indian forces opened indiscriminate fire in the remote northeastern state of Nagaland in Dec 2021 ---And more….. we totally disagree with your information. Tibet was never managed by China or ruled by it for at least past 3 to 400 years. Tibet was an independent country and it was ruled by the dalai Lama the native Tibetan leader who had their independent language culture, religion and laws . Communist China with its imperialistic policy and military strength. Attacked tibet and defeated it small army then it also attacked in 1962 India and there was a big fight where more than 5000 Indian officers and Soldiers were killed it. During this war. India was defeated and it lost huge land measuring more than 35,000 km² in Aksai chain, and in Arunachal Pradesh. China has the ability to falsely create old records of showing the land and sea roots under its control. If any agreements are signed for border settlement, it refuses to recognise those agreements which are more than hundred 150 year-old . In order to have Maritime boundaries falsely. It has created artificial islands in South China Sea and created basis to have control on sea wealth of possible, petrol, gas and other commodities under sea under its jurisdiction. What bigger fraud can be played by a nation by mysteriously creating old records or using technology to create artificial islands to create jurisdiction on sea roads . China is one country which has disputes with all its neighbour except Pakistan which has seated oxide chain and some area of Jammu Kashmir under its control to China . China has borderline or Maritime disputes with Russia, Mongolia, Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, Taiwan, Japan and South Korea. China is friend of nobody. It only plays selfish game and it stabs the friends and is not helpful unless they surrender completely.

@@Rav01508simple fact is that, China never shared border with India but Tibet. British, fearing Tibet might be getting friendly with Russia invaded Tibet in 1904 and thereafter set up trade mission in Gyaltse, which was actually more like Britain’s eyes and ears in Tibet. Also in 1943 USA President Franklin Roosevelt sent two intelligence agents Ilia Tolstoy and Brooke Dolan to Tibet to seek permission of Dalai Lama to the possibility of constructing a road from India to China that would run through Tibet in order to help the U.S. better provide China with supplies to fight and resist the Japanese. Allie’s did not appreciate Tibet’s non-aligned position to stay not involved in any ‘groups’ and as such during and after occupation, it basically went along with China, also because of its history fighting with Japan and also in hopes to pull it farther from Communist Russia’s friendship.

spreading propaganda is all you can do. Isn't it? Ladakh was there with India before even the Mughal came to rule the country. Just because of cross border marriage, they have the roots. Ladakh, and North East India have DNA of North India in them which is proven. Myanmar was part of India only. Now it is a different country. Same goes for Bhutan and Nepal as well. We share cultural roots. Looks like you certainly did not read enough history. Indus Valley Civilization was wayy before even Chin Dynasty existed lol. Hinduism is the oldest religion. Looks like the Han Chinese just migrated here. We still don't know from where they are from. And btw, every person is from Africa. Even you. We all migrate from everywhere for a better living. So go back to Africa since you are originally from there. Can you? In Asia, Hindu helped developing many religions lol. Looks like being racist and Hinduphobic is the thing you are good at.@@aungnaingauh305

Tibet has a population of 3.5 million and an annual fiscal revenue of 35 billion US dollars, of which 32 billion is allocated by Beijing. For those who say that the Chinese government is oppressing the Tibetan people, people in other parts of China have nine years of compulsory education, and all their school expenses are It’s free, and the government will help them and build houses for them. People in one area go to the mountains to dig up a kind of medicinal material when the season comes. They can earn 50,000 US dollars in one or two months, and they all sell it to people in other parts of China. , and many Chinese people like to travel to Tibet, which brings them income. It can be said that without the Chinese government, Tibet may be similar to Nepal.

Some people are advocating for free Tibet. I dont know what is their defination of free Tibet? People in Tibet are happy and prosperous, they are free to practice their religion and rituals, monks can be seen chanting mantras inside and outside monastery. Students are availing free and modern education. They get special relaxation to get admission in colleges and universities as compare to Han Chinese. Govt affairs is handled by the Tibetan themselves. Tibetan buddhism and culture is well preserved. Women are safe and secure, roads are neat and clean. Cities, prefectures and counties are well developed. Huge funds are pumped from Beijing to Tibet. PPP and GDP of Tibet is way more higher than any modern cities or states of India or any other country. Already high speed train is connected from Nyingchi to Lhasa and further work is going on full speed to connect Lhasa to Chengdu through high speed train. Moreover, work is going on war footing to connect Khatmandu (Nepal) to Lhasa via Shigatze by train. And boundary between Bhutan and Tibet China is going to be demacrated soon, talks are on final stage and there after we'll witness all weather express way road connecting Thimpu from Lhasa. People in Tibet are already availing 5g network whereas many European countries so called developed countries are yet to avail the same. If these are all not sign of free than how much free they want. I dont have to say anything further. Lord Buddha bless them.

That’s the problem, China and Chinese justify Tibet’s occupation saying they Tibet was poor and they have developed. If you use same standard, HongKong should be back under Britain rule because it’s during British rule, Britain developed Hong Kong from a small fishing village to a global financial hub. It’s sad Communist China don’t understand freedom and independence - Hong Kong people were promised freedom but now they were suppressed when they demand freedom. China is policy under ‘one belt and road initiative’ by claiming to help countries in Asia and Africa to develop but actually putting them under heavy debt and in return take control of their ports and resources - China have expansion/invasion mindset and it’s dangerous when it’s done by country with no understanding of freedom and rights. If China has done so much and Tibetan people are happy, then they should proudly let the world know and let the press and people freely travel in Tibet. Remove restrictions and China should be proud to show to the world how happy Tibetans are. Also let Tibetans outside and inside of Tibet freely travel to and from Tibet. You don’t say Tibetans enjoy religious freedom by saying bad things about Dalai Lama and by making it illegal and punishable to carry Dalai Lama photos.

@@user-wz6dm1gr9c Hello my dear whoever you are, all I want to say you is that Hongkong or Macau doesn't share any border with Great Britain and Portugal. They came all the way from different continents to colonize those cities. However, in the case of Tibet, it shares a border with Qinghai, Yunnan, Sichuan and Xinjiang provinces of China. Tibetans and Hans are from the same race. Phylogenetic analysis of the Sino-Tibetan language family, which includes Han and Tibetan, suggests that it originated about 7,200 years ago in North China and was linked to the Neolithic cultures of the late Cishan and early Yangshao. You cannot deny that both the ethnicities share long history and culture. However, same was not in the case of Britishers and Portuguese. Moreover, it's a fact that Tibet was under Chinese suzerainty during the Qing dynasty and it was always a part of China even before the Mao Zedong communist took control of China in the year 1949 after defeating Nationalist Kuomintang in a civil war. I have a documents to prove that Tibet was part of China even before CCP came into existence.

@@MrAmitkr007 you have never been to Tibet ,all the information about Tibet in your head is your own imagination .you can say ,it's truth ,because you learnt it from ...somebody ,who told the true Tibet to somebody anyway ? how can you imagine that shining golden cage in Tibet , you are genius .you said most families don't have 100 Yaks .this is true .because the government prohibit Tibetan Chinese families from owning more Yaks to protect grassland . but most of the Tibetan families in the village don't live on Yaks only ,most of them have other sources of income .

I think so too. As a Chinese, I think you should do as the Romans do. Now that you have become an Indian, stop thinking about China. Why are you still thinking about fighting back?
