Absolutely what I've found in myself just Yesterday. Things we buy, we do, how we dress, groups we attend, even religion we believe(!) is all about personal recognition. Only external things make us somehow "special". Because if take a look at myself standing in empty field... it's just a peace of regular body with absolutely nothing unique or special - even my mind can not make me feel special!
