Exactly. In Finland, free time is been provided to kids to play with each other and find their passion for future. This unique way of educating children helps them develop properly without any family pressure where they can completely contribute to country's economy.

Free time is provided to kids in every country...

It was year 2003 & our class had 135 students. Imagine the crowd in a room. There were neither extra rooms nor teachers, sometimes we used sit under trees & my village isn't in remote area. No complaints by students or parents. Now situation has been changed it's 60 students per class.

We need to get our basics right, what we are doing is just copying foreign concepts without analysing it's basic purpose, we in general lack the critical thinking and reasoning skills. We eventually forget the fact that western culture is so different( history, geography, socioeconomic... everything differ a lot) than ours so what could work better for them might not work in india. Best way to get out of this mud is to identify the problem, analysed it and try to fix it by own.

I think we should first need to prove ourselves, the students need to be independent so that they can achieve their goals, because in Bharat mostly students depend on the education system. For eg: students in Bharat first do their schooling for 12 years and after that they prepare for admissions in college rather than focusing on their goals (because schooling edu. is not sufficient to achieve the goals), after that they prepare for gov. exams (if they failed to grab package in campus placement). So first we need to remove this dependency on education system

School me teacher thi, ₹68,000 salary utha rhi thi, lekin TBH maine khud haalat dekhi hai aur meri dadi ko jitni knowledge hai, they don't deserve this much salary, private school me ₹30,000 lene vala teacher ko jyada pta hota hai, Teaching bas rozgar yojna ban ke rehe gya hai. Maine jitne bhi sarkari schools me teachers dekhe hai, jo 1970s ke era se hai jo ab budhe ho gye hai, unhe literally kuch nhi aata, aur phir bhi pension utha rhe hai.

@@joyalsajan1168 it's Himachal Pradesh Karnataka was the first state to pass the process of implementation it implemented later after Himachal Pradesh.

There are few additional point that comes to mind after you mentioned that information security. So when you have to join the military after you're 18 it varies a little, where they pick the most talented students there are and separately expose them to the latest cutting edge tech available and get them to play with it and work with it. Hence many of the hi tech startups or best information security related startups coming from Israel are usually started by people who worked in that dept for couple of years and had time to work with the latest tech.

In gurukul system students were taught Martial arts , weaponology , Hinduism's religious teachings including all the Dharma Granth , farming , Academic education like Mathematics , Science , Literature , Medical , Astrology and so on . How is it wrong ? Please do some research about ancient Hindu Universities like Takshashila , Nalanda etc you will realise how important it is .

Actual game is population! Israel being just 7.7M is way too less than India with its massive 1.35B We should have focused on Education before but Now It's too late to begin from ground zero. I think for India the first thing we need is not the infrastructure, not the system change but change in teachers....In my entire life there was not one teacher who actually impacted my life, even now in college some teachers are so incredibly annoying, telling us to write hw and lab manual and shit as if we are in grade 3....and ofcourse we have all seen the videos of govt school teachers being super dumb, not even being able to spell normal English words and what's there salary- 40k !! There won't be any unless we kick out those kinda teachers and employ someone who actually know how to hold student's attention.

competition is sole reason for losssing skills, A student can be a great Animator, or coder but he has to loose everything just to Learn physics, chemistry and mathematics for competitive exams, Which you eventually get to study in college.
